Continuity mistake: When Zeke and William are investigating the scene of Bozwik's death, pay attention when Zeke says that's not sure the body was a bum. The forensics agent behind William goes from walking to the side, to walking to the back, to standing still and taking a photo instantly between cuts. It's out of focus in the background, so it can be hard to notice... but it's there.

Continuity mistake: When the cop tells Tree to drop the ax, she lets go of it and puts her hands up. However, her hands raise and lower instantly between cuts several times depending on the angle. On the angle facing her front, her hands are up by her head. But in the angle behind her, they are down by her shoulders.

Continuity mistake: In the beginning, when Bozwik is chasing the purse-snatcher, pay attention. Right before he says "Police! Freeze!," he's running by several people on his right... but when the camera cuts, they're gone.

Continuity mistake: The first time Tree is in the hospital, as she enters the room holding the ax with both hands, pay close attention - repeatedly between cuts, her left hand instantly rises and lowers several inches on the ax handle. This happens at least two or three times.

Continuity mistake: When Samar stands up and introduces himself to Danielle in the beginning, he has churro crumbs on the side of his mouth. When he sits back down, they are suddenly gone. He didn't wipe his face off - they just vanish between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Zeke gets to his apartment, as he puts away his gun, in the first shot his hand is still on the gun's grip... but when it cuts, suddenly his hand is about 6" lower on his holster.

Continuity mistake: A few times during the opening trap, the barbed-wire around Bozwik's wrist disappears and reappears, or swaps wrists between cuts. Ex. When the train rounds the corner before he's hit, in the shot behind him you can see the barbed-wire flopping around in front of him... but when it cuts to the front angle, suddenly it's gone.

Continuity mistake: Bozwik's teeth bizarrely change shape during the opening trap. In the first closeup, he appears to have slightly small teeth with gaps between them. But about 30 seconds later, there's another closeup and his teeth are suddenly larger with no gaps. All I can assume is that the two closeups were shot with different prosthetics or body-doubles.

Continuity mistake: When Bozwik is watching his tape, when the recording says "Today, it is you who will be railroaded," Bozwik instantly goes from looking forward to looking upwards between cuts.

Continuity mistake: When Samar leads Ryan into the lab at the beginning of the film, the door closes almost all the way. However, when the scene cuts inside the lab, the door is suddenly almost all the way open again, and closes a second time.

Continuity mistake: When Gregory reveals himself as the killer, pay attention as he walks towards Tree clapping. The mask on the ground behind him is initially face-down and right next to the wall. But a few shots later, suddenly it is face-up and has moved about a foot to the left.

Continuity mistake: The second time Tree wakes up, she does a mock "gunshot" to her forehead using her fingers. She then turns her head downwards. When the camera cuts, she instantly goes from looking down to looking to her right. (You have to look closely since only part of her head is in frame, but it's definitely noticeable).

Continuity mistake: When alternate-universe Danielle is pretending to be blind in the food court, she starts to feel her hand around Tree. At one point, she starts to move her hand down Tree's back, but when it cuts, suddenly her hand is at the side of Tree's head.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the basketball game, there's someone in a red hoodie and a baby mask sitting directly next to Ryan. A few shots later, you can see over his shoulder, and there's someone else entirely next to him - a woman without a baby mask wearing an entirely different top. Then, a little later in the scene, the person in the baby mask and hoodie reappears next to Ryan in a few wide-shots.

Continuity mistake: When Ryan leads Tree and Carter to where he was killed in the beginning, as Tree walks to the closet with the baseball bat, she passes through some light and into a shadow. (There are areas of light and shadow in the room). When the camera cuts, suddenly she's back in the light.

Continuity mistake: In the very last fight, when Rick jumps down and charges the Emperor, watch his hands. In the first shot, they're moving back and forth as he runs. Then it cuts, and they're instantly up like a boxer despite him having no time to lift them between edits. Then it cuts to a shot from behind, and you can tell from his shoulders that he no longer has his arms up. Again, there's not enough time for him to have lowered his arms between edits. It goes by quickly so you have to pay close attention.

Continuity mistake: During the big chase, when Alex is under the chariot, he lets go, spins around and climbs up the back with Lin's help. In one shot under the chariot, you can see that he has a big hole in the left kneecap of his pants. But a few shots later as he's climbing up the back, the hole disappears and is missing throughout the rest of the scene. Seems the wardrobe got damaged and then replaced during filming.

Continuity mistake: When Evie goes to seduce Rick, she pulls the belt on her gown and the camera cuts. Instantly between cuts, her robe is suddenly open.

Continuity mistake: When Rick tells Alex that he put down "more mummies" than him and Alex replies "You put down ONE mummy, dad!" watch Alex's head. In the first shot, he's facing Rick. When it cuts, suddenly he's instantly looking to his right, and then he turns his head to face Rick again.

Continuity mistake: When Alex arrives at the club towards the beginning, Jonathan pulls him away from the pretty woman and gets him a drink. The camera is behind them in a medium-wide shot, then cuts to a side shot as the pretty woman walks by and Alex watches her. Except when the camera cuts, the pretty woman just sort of appears right next to Alex, when she wasn't visible in the previous shot. Jonathan also goes from looking straight forward at Alex to looking to his right at the bar between the same cut.
