Continuity mistake: When Jake goes to Lexy's house and gives Caroline the doll, at the start of the scene Lexy's arms are crossed. But at a certain point, they instantly uncross and are down by her sides between shots. (You can't always see her arms crossed in shot, but you can tell from the way her shoulders/upper arms don't move that they're still in the same positions before they're instantly down by her sides.)

He's still getting his hands into position as the shot cuts, whereas in the next shot, they're instantly in position and totally still.
