Audio problem: On several occasions, characters will say random lines during the gameplay sections of levels. Sometimes characters will say the lines, but their mouths never move whilst saying it.

Audio problem: Frasier is talking to Elliot on the phone and there is a shot of Roz. In the shot of Roz, Frasier says "You know, Elliot..." and his reflection is visible in the window. But his lips on the window reflection don't move until after he says "You know, Elliot..." (00:00:30)

Audio problem: When Laura tells Bart she has a boyfriend, Bart imagines her ripping out his heart. If you listen and look carefully, you will see the sound of Laura's hand ripping out Bart's heart comes before Laura even touches him.

Audio problem: When Homer fails motorcycling around The Ball Of Death, the shot cuts to inside the Ball Of Death. About a second after the shot cuts inside The Ball Of Death, Homer is heard sighing. But his mouth doesn't move. A sigh like that would require his mouth to move. (00:41:40)
