Continuity mistake: During the first moonshine run chase, and after dealing with the passing train, Gator's car alternatively does and does not have the back glass installed. This is most noticeable while in the lumber yard and afterwards. It isn't lost or damaged during the chase. It's just there, or not, at random. (00:40:50)

Continuity mistake: When Ryan Reynolds is between the two hospital beds, preparing to pull the plugs, there are three wires he grabs to our left (two white and one black). He yanks all of them out (along with another white one to our right) and no plugs remain in the red outlet cover on the wall. But in close ups, as the other agents are banging on the door, we see the lone black wire is still plugged in. (01:40:15)

Continuity mistake: As the exterior shot of Lake Tahoe advances, the cameras closes in on the roof of a hotel. Beyond, another hotel's facade is in shadow as the sun is behind it, off to our left. The shot sinks through the roof of the closer hotel so our view is now from within the penthouse, but now the facade of the second hotel is in full sun, the light is now coming from the left, but behind the camera. Continuity mistake: After saying "We've been here for 16 hours.", Ray Liotta's character is shown in close-up, looking toward Ryan Reynolds. But the wide shot shows he is staring off to his own left, into the camera. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: When the chase continues onto the highway, the black Charger is shown catching and passing a gray Chevy Suburban with oversize tires. The SUV is at the front of the pack of traffic. Without slowing, and after zig-zagging through additional traffic that is miraculously ahead of the SUV, the chase arrives at the rear of the same Suburban again, and the white Challenger hits it, sending the SUV out of control. Just before the truck blocks our view, Angel is clutching his shirt and jacket to his chest with his right hand, and Epiphany's arms hang straight down. As the truck leaves the screen, Angel is holding just his jacket tightly in his fist, at his side (no shirt visible) and Epiphany's left hand clutches her kidney area. The changes are instantaneous, obviously from different takes. (01:16:05)

Continuity mistake: Angel lights a fresh, long cigarette. The shot changes to Epiphany for a few seconds, then returns to Angel as he looks at his hand and seems as surprised as I was that his cigarette is already half the length it was seconds ago. (01:24:45)
