Continuity mistake: Stewie knocks Bin Laden down, and we see his feet in the shot showing Bin Laden is lay on his back with his feet together. When the shot changes, his feet are in completely different places. (00:02:36)

Other mistake: As the Germans open fire on the British sailors in a life boat, there is a panning shot of the crew. In this shot, a hair (or scratch) that made its way onto the film itself is visible on screen. (00:27:20)

Continuity mistake: Just after unveiling the Nazi plates on the SS-33, there are 3 seamen wearing brown jackets next to the deck gun. When the shot changes there are 4. (00:25:00)

Visible crew/equipment: Just as the SS-33 sets off we see the crew on board say "all ahead two thirds". As they say this the camera moves behind a ladder resulting in a camera shadow on the ladder. (00:20:50)

Continuity mistake: During the mission briefing, the position of the Top Secret folder changes from the centre of the map to the side of the map between instant cuts. (00:23:30)

Continuity mistake: Tyler states he doesn't know what's going on to a few seamen and tells them to do their jobs. As the shot changes the seamen have all disappeared from the background. (00:14:50)

Continuity mistake: When Tyler is out on the deck, he has his hand raised. When the "boat secure" order is shouted it's now lowered and holding on to his glass. (00:12:10)

Revealing mistake: When Bearman and the President are running from the Russians, we see some Russian 4x4's doing a hard turn to chase them. In this shot you can see skid marks from previous takes. (01:15:30)

Continuity mistake: During the ultra quiet segment, a sailor tightens a bolt in the torpedo room, he has 2 hands on the wrench, but as the shot changes, one hand is now on the torpedo. (01:03:20)

Continuity mistake: When Beaman arrives at Polyarny we see him swivel his cap round as the camera changes. But in the new shot he's got binoculars up to his face. (00:38:40)

Continuity mistake: When we see the 4 soldiers walking towards Polyarny they are climbing a concrete hill and are near the top. Camera changes to behind them, and they are further down the hill. (00:37:00)

Continuity mistake: After attaching to the first Russian sub, the two pilots have their hands lowered. The shot then changes to them looking at the hatch and the position of their hands has changed in an instant. (00:34:50)

Continuity mistake: After manning battle stations, they hear a new contact and Glass puts on a pair of headphones. When he does, the way he holds the headphones changes from a full hand to one finger and vice versa. (00:23:16)

Other mistake: When Glass is walking around the sub before leaving Scotland we see 2 men in their bunks. Just as the camera pans in to look at them, a third man in the corridor can be seen to stand aside and let the camera pass before continuing. Captain Glass is not near this sailor at the time. (00:08:50)

Continuity mistake: We see the Expendables flying to the island for the second time and then the shot changes to show some military jeeps entering the palace grounds. In the overhead shot of the trucks arriving, the tyre marks are wide and indistinguishable from many over tracks. When the shot changes to in front of the palace, the tracks are very clear and defined. (01:05:55)
