Revealing mistake: When Matrix crashes against the pole, in the aerial angle a bulky dark object flies away from the driver's passenger seat. Maybe the mannequin's head, or a prop of some sort to simulate for Cindy. (00:40:15)

Revealing mistake: When Nuclear Man steals the Statue of Liberty, there's a very obvious blur around the retouched image where the real statue has been painted over to simulate it's gone.

Revealing mistake: When the kids step out of the water and walk towards the house, the floor is already soaking wet from previous takes.

Revealing mistake: When the police cars drive backwards, before they crash and burst, the scene is a repetition of a previous one but reversed.

Revealing mistake: When the firemen's truck runs out of water there's a close-up of the level meter and it reads "Pierreville fire trucks Ltd. Camions a incendie" revealing the scene was shot in Canada.

Revealing mistake: After the ferry scene, CGI clothes fall off from the sky, but manage to go through the branches of the trees, without becoming entangled in them, or without the branches affecting the falling path of the fabric.
