Superman II (1980)

Revealing mistake: At the Fortress, when the villains and Superman play the appearing/disappearing trick, there's a shot with 4 Supermen onscreen, a special effect which was achieved with stand-ins. The one in front of Zod, and especially the one next to Lois look nothing like Christopher Reeve.

Moonraker (1979)

Revealing mistake: During the cable car scene, when Bond and Goodhead are sliding down, not only is the image in the background a still image (check the boat left of the island, and the waves next to the coast on the right), but the very same shot of them sliding downwards is used twice.

Jurassic Park III (2001)

Revealing mistake: When father and son are parasailing, in the close-ups (an obvious green screen effect) the clouds never change shape, note the small one on the left, revealing it's a still image.

Meet the Fockers (2004)

Revealing mistake: After Bernard breaks the toilet Greg lifts up the baby. From the angle shot from behind, note the baby's fake hair and you'll notice he's been replaced for a very obvious dummy.

Revealing mistake: The first shot of the restaurant where Julie works shows a couple exiting. When Julie exits herself several minutes later, the couple is in the same spot continuing their movement, revealing that it's the very same shot reused.

Revealing mistake: When the mouse is pushing the potion down the spoon handle towards the soup, both the bottle and the spoon turn green due to the chroma screen.

Revealing mistake: When the movie begins and Skeletor is walking along the alley, the blue soldiers on the right are a very blatant painting, revealing the matte effect.

Video

Revealing mistake: The seagulls on the beach (when Dr. Jones scares them with his umbrella) are blatantly fake. They don't move an inch. This was also confirmed by producer Robert Watts in this making-of video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BMFMKsrXuGY (minute 2'30").
