Revealing mistake: There are 2 scenes involving Jessica inside a car. In the first one the car drives calmly as seen from the outside shots, but from the shots inside the car is speeding. When the episode is about to end the car speeds to the police station and now the exact same projection is played, though this time it makes sense.

Revealing mistake: When Owen rides his bike on the runway towards the plane, his stunt double is very noticeable because he doesn't resemble him at all.

Revealing mistake: In Guatemala, when Arnie shoots John, in the shots from behind Arnie's body double is noticeable.

Revealing mistake: When the truck chase scene ends with a wheel moving in flames, Terminator and John leave on the bike leaving skid marks on the road. Watch the left side and you'll notice another skid mark from a previous take.

Revealing mistake: When Lara and the guy race with their bikes by the Great Wall, Lara's stunt is noticeable because her face is rounder and not so angular.

Revealing mistake: During the tornado, when the little girl cries by the window check the lower corner of the window on the right and you'll see the white string moving the window. (Laserdisc and international extended editions).

Revealing mistake: After (superimposed) Superman stops the tornado, he flies away to the left. Instead, the farmer stares and moves his head to the right. The director forgot to tell him where the image would be placed. (Laserdisc and international extended editions).

Revealing mistake: When Passepartout is on top of the train an arrow hits him but wobbles and bounces off him revealing it's a rubber prop.

Revealing mistake: When Arnold uses a hose as a flamethrower, the terrorist on the left has his head and face soaked in fire retardant gel. (01:44:47)

Revealing mistake: When the ship is about to leave, in a close-up one can see the sky and clouds are a painted backdrop: no perspective at all, the clouds inches away and at waist level. (01:01:33)

Revealing mistake: When Harry confesses to Helen that he's a spy she punches him and knocks him down. When he falls one can notice it's Arnie's stunt double.

Revealing mistake: When the arrow hits Medea and Jason pulls it away from her back, she crouches and the prop pad where it was stuck protrudes.

Revealing mistake: When the earthquake strikes, there's a shot of a tall black glass building shaking. Check the lampposts and buildings around and you'll notice that it's a very obvious film negative being distorted by just wobbling it back and forth.

Revealing mistake: During the ultralight chase, a police car drives up a hill and overturns. The metal plank underneath to allow for the stunt is visible.

Revealing mistake: Very obvious copy and pasted dogs (even standing in the same position) whenever there's a general view of a crowd in the main hall.

Revealing mistake: When the hitched car driver makes a left turn, check Nomi's hair and you'll notice that she's been replaced by a stand-in.

Revealing mistake: When Maleficent freezes the people in the church, the actors can't help moving.

Revealing mistake: While the plane is almost upside down, papers and stuff fall inside, but one can notice that it's the actors throwing the papers, not gravity making them fall.

Revealing mistake: When the Grand Witch floats, she casts no shadow on the stage. (00:39:58)

Revealing mistake: When the boat is totally slanted sideways and Rose encounters Andrews, note the glasses and stuff over the fireplace and behind Rose. They don't slide downwards or move a single inch, defying the law of gravity, revealing the camera trick. (02:21:00)
