Revealing mistake: When Peyton is making Paulie's mask, note the burnt right hand typing on the keyboard. It moves like a stop-motion object, revealing it's either a robotic hand or an animated effect.

Darkman (1990)
Revealing mistake: When Paulie is thrown out of the window he is replaced by an obvious stuntman: His bald cap is way lighter than his skin, as opposed to Paulie's whose skin colour is homogeneous.

Back to the Future (1985)
Revealing mistake: Right before Einstein is sent to the future, when a very bright light surrounds the DeLorean, not only is the dog gone, but a black bulky bag has appeared on the passenger's seat. Seemingly a hidden stunt driver or a driving mechanism. (00:21:56)

Back to the Future Part III (1990)
Revealing mistake: When the train pushes the DeLorean and hits 70 mph Doc tries to grab Clara. In the wide shots (where we can't see his face) his coat whips, but in the close-ups where we do see his face the coat flutters, revealing that the train was going much faster with the stuntman.

Back to the Future Part III (1990)
Revealing mistake: At the festival, after Marty is given the gun he encounters Seamus and Maggie. Due to the Vistaglide camera effect where Marty was later added to the scene, she is unable to look at where Marty is supposed to be. This is very noticeable when Seamus says "buffoon" and Marty turns around and starts to walk, but Maggie keeps staring at where he was. Also when the scene ends and she looks at Marty and warns him to watch for the future, she's totally missing the spot.

Back to the Future Part II (1989)
Revealing mistake: Doc and Marty hide in the alleyway while the flying police car takes 1985-Jen home. Problem is, Doc stares in awe at the sky before the police car is in view.

Back to the Future Part III (1990)
Revealing mistake: When Marty pours the wake-up juice through the funnel into Doc's mouth, in the close-up the funnel is straight, but we can't see Doc. From a different angle where we do see the funnel stuck in his mouth, check the right side of the screen: The funnel is actually skewed (and seemingly it must have a tap) and the liquid is falling out in large amounts to prevent the actor from drinking it. Darkman (1990)
Revealing mistake: When Peyton's hands are about to be burnt, they are a replaced by a very obvious prop.
Suggested correction: I personally see nothing wrong with the effect. While it is indeed a stop-motion effect, it certainly doesn't look cheap, the animation of the skin burning and curling is pretty smooth, and nothing inherently gives it away outside of the fact you know they wouldn't actually burn up the actor's hands.

Revealing mistake: When Clara horseback rides towards the train, when she reaches for the handlebar she is replaced by a very obvious stuntwoman who looks nothing like her.

The Man with the Golden Gun (1974)
Revealing mistake: During the intro, the first Bond "dummy" and the second one when Scaramanga fires are different. They're either real and dummy or both dummies, but the first one has a concentrated look, and the second one has a worried look.

Hook (1991)
Revealing mistake: When Peter sees Tink in a night dress, the shots from behind reveal an obvious doll. Note how it does not have any fluffy hair (or any hair at all) as opposed to Tink's.

Hook (1991)
Revealing mistake: During the pirate ship scene where Peter's kids are lifted in the net, the sea in the background is a blatant backdrop with a very obvious blue painting with zero detail.

E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982)
Revealing mistake: Elliot takes his dishes to the sink, opens the faucet and steam rises all over the kitchen. When the camera pulls back, one can notice that the huge cloud of steam is coming from somewhere along the window, not from the narrow stream of water from the faucet.
