Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: As soon as the level starts, Marge, Lisa and Maggie vanish from next to Homer and Bart.
Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: At the start of the intro cutscene, the alien Mothership hovers over the Simpsons' front yard. In the next shot, when the Simpsons run outside, the Mothership hovers over the yard a second time.
Other mistake: Shadow of the Colossal Donut: Homer and Bart's main and only objective in this level is to open each of the three hatches inside Lard Lad and rip out the circuits inside him. To open the hatch, Bart will need to launch a slingshot at Lard Lad's hatches. After the hatch is opened, and the circuits have been ripped out, the hatch will always vanish completely.
Revealing mistake: Invasion of the Yokel Snatchers: When Homer and Bart watch the mall be invaded, the citizens being sucked into the ship are just the same people repeated three times.
Bug: Day of the Dolphin: In the underground aquarium scene where you have to defeat Snorky, switch to Lisa and use her Hand Of Buddha power to move the jellyfish and place them on the hexagon-shaped grey platforms on the left corner on the screen. If you place one of the jellyfish on the platform and drop the other one, the jellyfish you dropped cannot be picked up a second time. It will just be stuck on the ground.
Continuity mistake: Day of the Dolphin: During the intro cutscene, Captain McAllister is untied from the ropes. Part of the rope he holds in his hand, then eventually he drops the rope. As soon as the level starts, the rope he dropped is no longer visible.
Continuity mistake: Enter The Cheatrix: During the final boss battle between Bart, Lisa and the Ape, you have to strike the ape with Lisa's hand lightning and battle Kung fu fighters entering through elevators. If you completely ignore these fighters and just go straight to taking the ape down, the ape will die after 3 lightning strikes and fall into the game waste stuff. The conclusion clip starts to play where Professor Frink gives the manual to Bart and Lisa, and yet the Kung Fu fighters don't seem to be there anymore, even if you didn't bother to take them down.
Plot hole: Enter The Cheatrix: The level shows Bart and Lisa chase the ape holding Professor Frink. Each part of the level consists of Bart and Lisa running through each place the ape went through. If that is so, while it has been shown to jump a few meters, it doesn't make sense how the ape was able to jump over two huge buckets of blood that was almost five times as more as a jump than it can usually handle. Even if the ape swam through the blood, there should still be blood on it or Professor Frink's clothes.
Deliberate mistake: Enter The Cheatrix: Any time in this level that shows one player jump into a pipe, the next scene shows two players exiting the pipe at the same time.
Continuity mistake: Enter The Cheatrix: When Bart and Lisa knock on Frink's door, they receive no answer and smash the window basement down and enter the basement. As the window smashes, part of the wooden window frame falls out of the frame and lands on the floor. Next shot, the glass from the broken window is still on the ground for a split second, but no wooden frame.
Bug: Maggie has an ability where she can crawl through ventilation systems and turn on a switch by spitting her pacifier at it. If not directly facing the switch, the pacifier may miss the switch by an inch or two, but the switch will still get turned on anyways.
Bug: Mob Rules: On the Wii version, after destroying the billboard on construction site, (the one after Grandpa Simpson becomes part of the mob), all of the debris will pass through the ground when it collapses.
Audio problem: In the hallway in the Simpson household, a grandfather is heard ticking, but the pendulum never moves along with each tick.
Bug: If the player puts Bart in the living room, and Marge walks into the room and exits, she will walk into the wall before exiting and keep trying to walk for a few seconds.
Bug: Lisa The Tree Hugger: When Lisa is jumping through the animals and logs in the water, if she misses a jump and begins to fall into the water, a bug might occur where she ends up back at the starting point. A jump onto a turtle. After missing, instead of ending up in the water, she might end up back where she started.
Bug: Lisa The Tree Hugger: At one point, Lisa will have to use her Buddha hand ability to place three waste buckets onto a conveyor belt. After two of those buckets go in, the machine that the conveyor belt leads to will explode. The third one will remain on the conveyor belt but will disappear when it reaches the destroyed machine.
Continuity mistake: Around the World in 80 Bites: Just after Homer takes down the last part of the "Statue of Liberty", in the cutscene that follows, Homer has disappeared from in front of it.
Other mistake: Around The World In 80 Bites: On the Wii and PSP versions, once Homer and Bart make it into America, only two or three of the other people in the race still come inside America. The other contestants just continue to run around Italy, not even proceeding to the next part.
Factual error: Around The World In 80 Bites: The race track depicts Stonehenge as located in Scotland, when it is in fact located in Wiltshire, England.
Other mistake: Bartman Begins: When Bart drops the huge dinosaur skeleton on top of Dolph, Dolph is still shown standing despite the huge skeleton landing on top of him. His body also passes through one of the ribs.
