Revealing mistake: Grand Theft Scratchy: In the second district, you have to create a bridge using Lisa's Hand of Buddha. During this, the player will be able to pick up a piece of highway to the left of the bridge. If the highway is picked up and then dropped, the piece of highway will fade through the highway support.
Continuity mistake: Grand Theft Scratchy: In the second residential district, Marge has to jump onto the roof of a radio station and put Maggie in the air vents so she can switch the station. When she is put in the vent, she is not in the same place as she was when Marge put her in. She is almost a few feet away from the entrance of the vent instead of being next to the entrance.
Revealing mistake: Grand Theft Scratchy: Whenever a house is getting rebuilt, the smoke created from the construction is constantly shown passing through the house.
Revealing mistake: Grand Theft Scratchy: As soon as the level starts, a cat pimp walks into shot. His legs are passing through his coat.
Plot hole: NeverQuest: A cut scene plays straight after Homer finally defeats The Dragon at the very end of the level. This cut scene shows Homer retrieving the key card for this level from The Dragon's nest. There was no way for Homer to know the key card was going to be in The Dragon's nest. Especially since the walls of the nest were significantly taller than Homer was, which would have completely blocked all view of the key card.
Continuity mistake: NeverQuest: As Homer and Marge kiss after taking down The Dragon (first time), the kids come to thank and hug them. Rod says "Is there anything we can do to repay you?" and Ralph is shown hugging Homer. In the next shot, Ralph has vanished.
Revealing mistake: NeverQuest: Just after taking down The Dragon for the first time in the level in the village, a cut scene begins where Homer and Marge start to kiss. The animation on Homer's mouth is seriously messed up as he and Marge kiss. You can see some of his lip is in the corner of his stubble, which isn't normal.
Bug: NeverQuest: At the first point during this level, you will have to take down The Dragon (Patty and Selma). At various points, she will hold her position behind a massive gate and Homer will have to use his Homer Ball power to attack The Dragon. If The Dragon begins to leave and you attack with Homer Ball and hit The Dragon's tail as it leaves, you will just fade through the tail and The Dragon won't lose any lives.
Continuity mistake: NeverQuest: During the intro clip, the first shot shows a reverse angle of Homer and Marge walking. The instant shot following, they are suddenly standing still.
Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: When the 8-bit Simpsons are headed for the furnace, they are almost half way down the line to the furnace. When the level starts, the 8-bit Simpsons are suddenly next to the platform Homer and Bart stand on, hardly anywhere near where they were a moment ago.
Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: The wall behind the 8-bit Simpsons in the "Escape from Krusty Island" game is grey, but as the level starts, the wall behind them is black.

Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: In the final part of this level where you have to save the 8-bit Simpsons from being thrown into the furnace, if there are only a few seconds left on the clock, the 8-bit Simpsons will appear next to the furnace. If you then pull a lever, a huge curtain will close the furnace. As the curtain is placed, the 8-bit Simpsons will have vanished from in front of the furnace, even if the lever is pulled only a few seconds before the clock finishes counting down.
Other mistake: Bargain Bin: Whenever Homer and Bart fall off the platform, they would usually die from the fall. As they hit the ground, they go through some random object on the floor. If there is no object on the floor, then they just land on the ground, but still continue to act as if they are falling.
Plot hole: Bargain Bin: After Homer and Bart save the 8-bit Simpsons from being burned in the furnace, Homer and Bart run into an elevator while the 8-bit Simpsons remain inside the "Escape from Krusty Island" game. When the elevator opens, the Simpsons walk into a theatre and discover the 8-bit Simpsons are there waiting for them. How did they get there so quickly? There certainly would be no time for them to escape the game and get to the theatre before the Simpsons did as the Simpsons had a huge head start on them.
Audio problem: Bargain Bin: When Homer asks "You like doughnuts too?" to 8-bit Homer, the poorly rendered Homer mouths the word "too" as well, but nothing is heard.
Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: In the wide overview shot of Homer and Bart exiting the elevator into the theatre, the 8-bit Simpsons aren't there. A few shots later, the 8-bit Simpsons suddenly appear.
Audio problem: Bargain Bin: Just after Homer and Bart save the 8-bit Simpsons, Homer and Bart run into the elevator. Will Wright then says "Who put you up to this? Was it those jerks at EA? They're jealous of me, you know?" His mouth reads something totally different when he says this.
Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: Throughout the opening cutscene inside the Game Engine, all five Simpsons are shown together, but in the shot where Bart says "And poorly rendered" and Marge says "Which one is supposed to be me?", Lisa has vanished and reappears in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: Bargain Bin: When the Simpsons arrive in the Game Engine, they keep switching from all even with each other to Bart and Lisa standing in front of Homer and Marge.
