Continuity mistake: Level 2 "Bartman Begins" cutscene: When the game instruction manual appears in front of Bart, with Homer on the front cover and a blue back cover, the manual's spine is at the left and it opens at the right, but when Bartman explains to Homer that he's now a superhero with awesome powers, the manual's spine is now at the right and it opens at the left.
Continuity mistake: Level 2 "Bartman Begins" cutscene: After Marge confiscates Bart's video game, when Bart complains about "nothing to play" we see the corner of the museum across the street and there are no crosswalk lines, nor is there a fire hydrant, but when Bart starts reading the game instruction manual there's a red fire hydrant at the corner as well as white crosswalk lines, then when Homer appears they vanish again.
Continuity mistake: Level 2 "Bartman Begins" cutscene: After Skinner's confession, when Wiggum arrives at the museum with Eddie and Lou, note Wiggum's red tie clip changes to grey then back to red, at least three times.
Continuity mistake: Level 4 "Lisa the Tree Hugger" cutscene: When Bart and Lisa are at the front gate of Auntie Nature, note the direction of the blade points on the doors are going clockwise, but in a few closeups the blade points are going anti-clockwise.
Continuity mistake: Level 4 "Lisa the Tree Hugger" cutscene: When Mr. Burns tells Smithers about his plan to cut down Springfield's forests, in the first overhead shot we see books and a telephone directly beside the desk pad, but when Smithers tells Burns it's a great idea that area of the desk is empty.
Continuity mistake: Level 5 "Mob Rules" cutscene: When Lisa shouts that they're being invaded Marge is wearing the baby carrier with Maggie, but in the exterior shot of the entire house Marge is not wearing the baby carrier, note the two shoulder straps and waist strap are gone, then Marge is babywearing again in following shots. Also note that when Bart tells them about their "super responsibilities" the doorbell has vanished.
Continuity mistake: Level 5 "Mob Rules" cutscene: There's an exterior shot of the Simpson house and their neighbor's house right before Homer tells his family that it was greatest day of his life. After Bart tells his family they should "go kick some alien butts," there's another shot of the houses, and the Simpson house is missing its antenna, mailbox, etc., and the style of the neighbor's house has changed, note its windows and roof.
Continuity mistake: Level 5 "Mob Rules" cutscene: When Martin runs out of Sequel Stop with his new game he stops Ned, and in the first shot Ned's car does not have an antenna, but when Martin pulls Ned out of the car suddenly there's an antenna at the left side of the windshield, then as Martin drives away the antenna is now at the right side of the windshield.
Continuity mistake: Level 5 "Mob Rules" cutscene: When Marge reads the newspaper and Martin runs out of Sequel Stop with his new car-jacking game, there's a row of zebra concrete barriers behind the church, but when Martin pulls Ned out of his car and starts to drive off all those barriers have vanished, then they reappear again.
Continuity mistake: Level 9 "Invasion of the Yokel-Snatchers" cutscene: When Cletus tells the aliens that he spent all day clipping coupons for a "flat screen magic picture machine," we see the building behind him has nothing on its roof, but in the next shot a huge billboard has suddenly appeared on that building's roof.
Continuity mistake: Level 12 "Grand Theft Scratchy" cutscene: After Senator Clinton congratulates Marge and Lisa for their great work a large sign falls on her, and when the bag appears with the keycard inside, in the closeup the bag's strap is lying at the back of the bag under its flap, but in the next shot that strap is now lying on the opposite side of the bag, at the front, and the bag's position on the sidewalk changes as well.
Continuity mistake: Level 16 "Game Over" cutscene: When Bart grabs the save games and threatens to destroy it, we see the front labeled "Memo: Planet Earth..." and the back is blank, then when Bart holds it up the front is facing forward, but in the next shot the label faces the opposite way, note Bart's thumb.
