Corrected entry: When Lucy gives Tumnus the handkerchief, Tumnnus gives it to the Beaver just before he gets captured by the White Witch. The Beaver then gives the handkerchief to Lucy, then right at the end when Tumnus has been revived by Aslan, Tumnus has the handkerchief and gives it to Lucy.
Corrected entry: In the scene where The Human Torch does a stunt on the motorcycle, the announcer says something like: "Come on, that's old school, show us something new." When the announcer says that, the microphone isn't near his mouth, and his mouth doesn't move either.
Correction: The announcer isn't in any of the multiple shots during the period in which he says that line. So it cannot be known whether the microphone is anywhere near his face.
Corrected entry: When Constantine tries to kill himself by cutting his wrists you see his watch briefly - it's about 6.29. A few minutes later there is a close-up after he has taken it off: it is now 5.20.
Correction: Everytime we see the watch it shows about 5:20. Even the clock on the wall shows 5:20.
Corrected entry: When David meets Elizabeth Young, He says to her "I have a daughter the same age, she's in the truck". When he says "she's in the truck", his mouth doesn't move.
Correction: His lips just barely move but it is possible to say this while just barely moving your lips.
Corrected entry: When Chilli Palmer comes home to find a dead assassin waiting for him, the dead hit-man is facing him while sitting at Chilli's desk with two bullet holes in his back. However, the dead hit-man was shot through a window to his right, you can see the bullet holes in the glass, so either the bullets made a sharp right turn before striking the man or the man was turned to his left when shot and then turned to face to the front of the desk before dying.
Correction: It is entirely probable that he could have been shot and then moved before he died. This could entail standing by the window, being shot, and then moving to the chair.
Corrected entry: A phone call is received saying Lindsay is on TV. Ben and Lindsay rush to turn on the TV. At that point the news story on the TV was just starting and the part showing Lindsay had not been shown yet (and was shown a few seconds later).
Correction: When a news show is about to go to a commercial, they sometimes show what is comming up later in the show. So the little clip of Lindsay getting hit might have been previewed, and Ben's friend could have seen this and called Ben and told him.
Corrected entry: When everybody is leaving the living room because Mr Bingley is going to propose to Jane, there are flowers and paint brushes on the little table standing against the wall. After the proposal they are gone. (01:40:10 - 01:41:20)
Correction: Yes, the little flowers and paintbrushes in a cup are on 'a' table. They are actually on a second tabletop to the left of the table that is up against the wall, beside the doorway.
Corrected entry: Samara's victims look different in this movie post mortem than in The Ring. Here, their faces are frozen in a rictus and generally look creeped-out. In The Ring they looked as though they had been left underwater for a few weeks. However, their appearance in this movie gels with Hideo Nakata's previous trilogy of Ringu films.
Correction: It is entirely plausible that Samara can kill victims in different ways, or that she no longer "drowns" them since Rachel's incident in the well.
Corrected entry: When Willy goes trick-or-treating, he is holding a pillowcase/bag, but when his father spills the candy on the table, it is out of a pumpkin bucket.
Correction: The plastic pumpkin bucket could be inside the pillowcase. Instead of carrying the small pumpkin bucket about, he could have put it inside the pillowcase, which would have probably been much more easier to carry.
Corrected entry: In the daytime at the wedding, Tibby's hair is brunette all over. In the evening, her hair has the blue highlights she had throughout the film. It's unlikely that she would have dyed her hair between these two scenes.
Corrected entry: When the General Lee is jumping from below the highway, up onto the highway, nobody is in the car. It is more noticable when the General lands and the camera shot is from the front.
Correction: Of course someone was driving the car. However, on the special features I saw that the jump was performed with a special stunt driver so camera angle must be the reason the driver is not visible in this shot.
Corrected entry: When Batman is chased by the cops while he is trying to save Rachel, he reaches the roof of a parking lot and stops. A cop orders him to switch off the engine of his vehicle and get out. Later when Batman is chased inside a tunnel, we see a cop asking on his radio what the Batmobile looks like. The Batmobile then zooms past him and he says "never mind". The only problem is that it's the same cop both times, so he knew full well what the Batmobile looks like when it stopped in front of him initially. Probably caused by the order of those sequences being switched in editing, but still a mistake. (01:34:00 - 01:35:25)
Correction: It's not the same guy in both scenes. The cop on the roof is Ronan Leahy and the cop in the car asking for a description is Matt Miller.
Corrected entry: Carhartt did not put their symbol on the outside of their clothing in the 1960's, 70's and 1980's, yet Ennis is wearing a Carhartt jacket with the symbol on the front.
Correction: According to Carhartt customer service, "the Carhartt originated in the 1960's and in some form or another, we have always displayed our logo, whether that was a cloth patch or on buttons such as on the bib overalls."
Corrected entry: When the animals get to Madagascar, Alex says he has not eaten in two days. He was in New York the last time he ate. It is virtually impossible for any ship to go from New York to Madagascar in just two days.
Correction: The people on the ship fed them something, but clearly not very often.
Corrected entry: The very first time Caroline sees the blocked off door in the attic, the door that is shaking and making noise, the doorknob appears to have some kind of very obvious design on it. In every other scene with that door when the same doorknob is shown, the design on the doorknob isn't there at all.
Correction: The doorknob has no design on it, it is just a worn spot on the doorknob. It looks different from different angles due to lighting.
Corrected entry: When the plane is about to land there is a lot of snow at the airport, but by the time it has landed, the snow is completely gone.
Correction: Needs to be more specific to be worthwhile, we mostly see the runway and surrounding areas which would of, course, be cleared of snow on a regular basis.
Corrected entry: When Vin Diesel first arrives and is in the kitchen talking to Mrs Plummer, she is cleaning off the counter and she first clears off the loose cereal spilled on the counter, and then reaches for the box to move it. At that moment the camera angle changes and you see Mrs Plummer move the box out of the way and then wipe up the cereal again, which in the previous shot had already been cleaned up.
Correction: When she first cleaned the counter, she left a few grains of cereal in it. Then she cleaned the rest.
Corrected entry: When Fiona comes in Charlie and Kevin's dinner before their wedding, her hair is curly. But when she sits and talk to the others at the table, her hair is straight.
Correction: Fiona's hair is always curly at that dinner. The girl you may be referring to who says "Is this almost over? I have mid-terms" is not Fiona, as Fiona is wearing a black dress and this girl is wearing white. Fiona is only shown rather quickly again later sitting at the end of the table, hair still curly.
Corrected entry: Sasquatch was banging his head on his cell wall. Paul Crewe entered and began a conversation with him. In every ensuing shot of Sasquatch, the blood pattern on his forehead had changed, never the same as any shot before. (00:31:45)
Correction: It's different because he is continuing to bleed more. Insinuating that the last time "Sasquatch" hits his head on the wall is when he cuts his head open. The first cut is it starting to bleed, second it's bleeding more, third it's bleeding into his sweat and running.
That is logical. It has been a very long time since seeing the movie. However, assuming that I was referring to a specific continuing conversation where the camera changed from one to the other and back again, the blood pattern would not have changed markedly in those few seconds. if this is what the comment was about, the conversation was not shot in one continuous take but several takes were done over a period of time. Thus, the best parts of several takes were spliced together, creating a continuity error with the blood being markedly different.
Corrected entry: In the scene where Lily's eyes are cut out, nobody says a word, yet in the flashback, one of the gang members is screaming "Yeah, cut her eyes out."
Correction: This is just the way that Jimmy remembers it, his hatred for them clouds his judgment.
Correction: This is not the same handkerchief. The one Beaver had given to Lucy was, of course, Lucy's, but the one which Tumnus gave her at the end was his own one. This is a kind of payback.
