Other mistake: Juliette and two cohorts need to go from Level 22 down to Level 125. Using the normal circular stairs, it would take several hours if not days to get there. They enter a garbage chute and climb down using a vertical ladder on the side - a very clumsy and slow descent. Yet, they make it in what appears to be a very short time.
Other mistake: During "My Freeze Ray", there's a shot where Billy, Penny, and several other people open doors to the laundry machines in sequence. When Billy opens the door to his machine, you can see the reflection of everyone else just standing there, waiting for their cue to walk forward.
Other mistake: Due to her bionics, Jamie has the ability to leap up 1 or 2 stories of a building or balcony. However, in the episode with the spacesuit, near the end, the astronaut has launched about 40-50 feet in the air, which is roughly 4-5 stories, but Jamie is somehow able to leap up high enough to grab onto the cable and deactivate his suit. Other mistake: Taylor stated that when he arrived in terra Nova, it seemed like the blink of an eye for the people behind him, but he was alone for 118 days due to time dilation. In episode 12, when they welcome the 11th pilgrimage, 5 people walk through the portal within seconds of one another, whereas it should take 118 days for each person to arrive.
Other mistake: One of the natives putting the captured Seaview personnel into the cave is wearing laced up sneakers. (00:36:25)

Other mistake: Mutt reads the card about the "fatal fluffies." He says "I'm sure you'll enjoy their deadly secrets", but the card reads "I'm sure you'll enjoy their amazing "split" personalities."
Other mistake: When Rebecca is telling Dorn about Etienne's death, she explains that his room was right above the garage and after the explosion she "tried to go in, but the room was gone." Yet at the end of the episode when Louis goes into Etienne's room, it is fully intact, including pictures taped to the wall.
Other mistake: Veteran actor Elisha Cook's name is misspelled "Elisa Cook" in the opening credits. (00:01:00)

Other mistake: The gas chamber is destroyed when the dogs pull a chain that's attached to its front support but it somehow collapses from behind. (00:19:07)
Other mistake: As they track Zoref, Victor calls for a view of Corridor 16, then after viewing it, calls for Corridor 49. In both views, it is the same Corridor, as evidenced by the number 16 on the lighted wall panel on the corner facing the camera.
Other mistake: Agents say they have seen seismic activity in South Dakota, but from earlier episodes, Daisy and Lincoln visit South Australia to find out Fire Guy.
Other mistake: The T.V. begins to work and you see a Chinese man with a map of the United States behind him. The cities that were destroyed were bulls-eyed on the map. Wichita was not bulls-eyed on the map, but Emily seconds later is crying in a car saying that her fiancee is dead because Wichita had been hit and she "saw it on the map."
Other mistake: The kids are viewing the VHS tape...but somehow the tape ends up in the old Hispanic woman's house...who then shoots it.
Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name. Other mistake: When Dr. Lee and Dr. Evans are arguing just after Red Reality Michael and Green Reality Michael converse, Michael turns around and says, "Shut up!" but the closed captioning says, "Enough!"
The Return of Hydro-Man: Part 1 - S5-E7
Other mistake: When Spider-Man catches up to Mary Jane and Hydro-Man at the foundry, he webs up Hydro-Man's left wrist. When the shot changes to Spider-Man landing, he is not holding onto the web-line. When the shot changes back to Hydro-Man, his arm his pulled with the web-line remaining taut, even though Spider-Man is not holding the web. If Hydro-Man was moving his arm on his own, then the web-line would be slack.
Takishîdo wa kaze ni mau - S1-E1
Other mistake: Van and Lucky play a game where they draw cards in turn until someone finds the Joker. They draw a 4 of hearts, a 7 of spades, a 9 of diamonds, the ace of clubs. They were stacking the cards in two separate decks, each one to their own right, but in the rest of the scene all the discarded cards are tossed together in a heap, and the aforementioned cards, which should be on the bottom of it, are the ones who always appear in the various shots of the table at the top of the bunch.
Other mistake: When Beast is flipping through his notes to try to determine what caused the explosion at the mansion a year earlier, you can see all the pages are blank. (00:13:50)
Other mistake: Paul hands Abby a very thin envelope. It is supposed to contain: an insurance policy, a car title, a property deed, and an airline ticket, among other items. But that is impossible given how thin the envelope was.
Other mistake: When Matt and Claire are on the roof and Matt says "A dead guy, a guy I witnessed burn to death," Charlie Cox's natural English accent slips through. (00:41:35)
