Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name. Other mistake: When Dr. Lee and Dr. Evans are arguing just after Red Reality Michael and Green Reality Michael converse, Michael turns around and says, "Shut up!" but the closed captioning says, "Enough!"
Other mistake: In this episode, Eric tries to destroy a mutant, apparently unaware that Rangers don't destroy mutants but freeze them. Yet in Quantum Quest and Clash for Control, he froze a mutant.
Other mistake: As Zoref pulls the reactor door open, the wig wrinkles up on the back of his neck. Also, when the door is half way open, he's still holding it, then he's suddenly several feet away from it when it's still swinging open.
Other mistake: When Beast is flipping through his notes to try to determine what caused the explosion at the mansion a year earlier, you can see all the pages are blank. (00:13:50)
Other mistake: Paul hands Abby a very thin envelope. It is supposed to contain: an insurance policy, a car title, a property deed, and an airline ticket, among other items. But that is impossible given how thin the envelope was.

Other mistake: In the original version, the Supreme Commander of the UE (United Earth) is addressing the assembly in English. Problem is, it's the Japanese version of English, with an obvious non-native speaker, and what he says is sometimes barely intelligible (when he says the Nadesico is "however going to head away", the last words sound like "ho ahoy", just to give an example).

Other mistake: Laura is in the security control room of the plant, and finds a Master Lock Console screen; she sees it has Biometric Scan access and comments to Rich "It's not a retina scanner. It works on biometrics." She then brings up a photo ID of an employee on the monitor, lifts up the scanner and places it against the monitor, to get access. Firstly, retinal scans ARE biometric. She should have said "It's not an iris scanner," which requires a physical eyeball to scan. Secondly, no monitor from the 2005 period would be high-resolution enough to fool a biometric scanner. Other mistake: Taylor stated that when he arrived in terra Nova, it seemed like the blink of an eye for the people behind him, but he was alone for 118 days due to time dilation. In episode 12, when they welcome the 11th pilgrimage, 5 people walk through the portal within seconds of one another, whereas it should take 118 days for each person to arrive.
Icelina- Love's Remains - S1-E11
Other mistake: Amuro's Gundam changes relative size compared to the Gaw. The most egregious size problem happens when Amuro sticks the mace weapon into the Gaw, and somehow the staff used as weapon by an 18-meters tall robot, with a big energy attachment at the end, is small enough to run between two soldiers in a narrow corridor. Other mistake: Magpie is surprised by the guard at the beginning of the episode; the guard is running in the room, hand going for the gun. After a cut to her with close-up on her elaborate fetching of the bombs with her awkward nails, the man is standing still, hand down his leg, only then going for the weapon. Two bombs fall at his feet, one per foot, touching the feet directly. Obviously he just looks at what they are instead of jumping back, and they explode in a single mushroom cloud CGI explosion, to his left. (00:01:10)

Other mistake: At the beginning of the scene on the plane, Zoey is sending a text message to Demetri. When her phone is in the shot, what is shown on its display screen is obviously edited, because she makes the mistake of pressing the "end call" instead of the "send call" button to send the message. Other mistake: When Rebecca is telling Dorn about Etienne's death, she explains that his room was right above the garage and after the explosion she "tried to go in, but the room was gone." Yet at the end of the episode when Louis goes into Etienne's room, it is fully intact, including pictures taped to the wall.

Other mistake: When Galactus is saying "Norrin Radd of Zenn-La," his lips touch together when saying "La." Saying "La" requires touching your tongue to your gums behind your top row of teeth. If you were to touch your lips together while trying to say "La," it would come out as "Mmla" or "Bla."
Other mistake: Two Tiffs can be seen for a few seconds when King Dedede and Escargoon drive in.

Other mistake: Surveillance cameras are shown on monitors when the mass panic kicks in even though any chip-dependent electronics shouldn't work in the game world (previously stated by Chotu). (00:08:20)
