Audio problem: When the cops are grilling the owner of the parking lot, Crocker shouts, "Come on, George, start making sense!" and the guy interjects, "No, honest, I..." His lips are not moving, and he can't be articulating those words. (00:27:50)

Audio problem: The mechanical Simplex door locks make electronic bleeping noises when the buttons are pressed. As these are mechanical locks with no electronic components, the most you should hear is a click as each button is pressed.

Audio problem: The FBI interview Wayne Williams on the bridge and then decide to release him. The sound of the engine starting is heard as Williams is still getting in his car.
Suggested correction: That was Jim's car starting first so it could back up. The second car starting was that of Mr Williams after he was in the car.

And Whose Little Baby Are You? - S4-E18
Audio problem: When Diamond and his date are entering his apartment and he says, "You never know," his lips aren't moving with the words. (00:03:00)

Beauty and the Obese: Part 1 - S1-E1
Audio problem: After the bartender himself offers a lap dance to the man who just talked to Persephone, the man walks off to the right of the screen. The bartender offers him a cheaper price when the camera cuts to a different angle after he walked away. At this point, the man would now be just off the left side of the screen, but when you hear him say "No" it comes from the right side when listening with headphones. (00:02:42)

Audio problem: During Kenzie's speech to Dyson at the gym, at one point when she asks "All of that just to give up now?" Dyson answers something, but there's no audio. (00:18:15)

Fold Equity - S2-E9
Audio problem: When Loker receives a video file from Lightman, the shot changes to face Loker and Ria. There are about nine more "dings" that indicate a new item has arrived, but after the final ding is heard, the shot goes back to face the monitor and there are only five items on the screen, with more coming in.

Audio problem: When Max crashes through the wall, he exclaims "A Baby?!"; however, his lips don't move.

Don't Eat the Snow in Hawaii - S1-E1
Audio problem: Ensign Healy parts from Magnum saying "See you, Magnum", but his lips barely move, not long enough for all the words. (00:31:05)

Audio problem: When Carcetti is talking to the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance, there is a moment of silence after he announces that he'll treat them fairly regardless of endorsement. During this moment of silence, the shot changes to an angle where Carcetti is mid-speech, while the audio is silent. The scene resumes in sync with the audio as soon as the shot changes. (00:47:20)

The Crab with the Golden Claws: Part 2 - S1-E2
Audio problem: When Tintin says "So far the only clue are the crab tins", his mouth doesn't move. (00:37:05)

The Butler Did It (A Bird in the Hand) - S1-E3
Audio problem: In the first scene, we see a quartet led by a sax player. The music we hear, however, is of a trio without sax. This is fixed in the rebroadcast where the song is Satin Doll led by the sax. Additionally, the piano now sounds like an electric to match its look.
