Michelangelo's Birthday - S3-E31
Factual error: The very beginning of the episode shows Michelangelo's Birthday circled on the calendar, and it is shown as the second Tuesday of the month as well as being the 13th day. The second Tuesday of a month can never be the 13th. The earliest the 13th of a month can be is the second Thursday.
Suggested correction: This is simply wrong. If a month starts on a Thursday, the first Tuesday will be the 6th, and the second will be the 13th.
Factual error: Although he is openly an SD officer, Huth does not wear the SD insignia on his cuff.
Factual error: There are two Marines posted at Marine 1, the Presidential helicopter. Their pants are ridiculously long and not the image of Marines with well-fitted uniforms. Their position of attention is wrong, with the hands clenched and placed on their thighs as opposed to being fixed at the sides. Worse, when they saluted with their right hands were above the service cap brim, instead of the fingertips touching the bottom of the brim.
A Ghost for Scotland Yard - S2-E8
Factual error: Bearing in mind the episode takes place in London, Sir Arthur MacCready is driving his Rolls Royce. The car has the steering wheel on the left hand side. A true British Rolls Royce would have the steering wheel on the right side. This is a Hollywood Rolls Royce.
Cell of Iron - S2-E3
Factual error: When Iron Man is talking about what Arthur Dearborn's gift to mankind was, the Statue of Liberty is incorrectly depicted with its left arm holding the tablet at nearly shoulder level. In real life, the tablet is held at a lower angle. (00:20:17)
Factual error: Luka's military officer cap isn't a Russian cap, it is a Hungarian police cap. The Russian cap is bigger.
Stage West - S1-E6
Factual error: In the background, in the scene when Simmons is talking to the stage driver, you can see cars driving by on a road in the background. (00:12:06)
Factual error: When we see the SPV escaping from the Culver Atomic Centre, it is night time. However, when we see Number 3 Tracking Vehicle, it has changed back to daytime.
Factual error: The Coppa Italia trophy raised by the winning team at the end of the episode looks nothing like the real one. (00:21:00)
The Origin of the Silver Surfer: Part 3 - S1-E3
Factual error: When Silver Surfer is battling Galactus just outside the Earth's orbit, Surfer is depleted of his Power Cosmic and looks to draw energy from the sun to replenish it. The sun is pretty close to the Earth's orbit, when in reality it is 93 million miles away.
Factual error: Early in the episode Stonebridge removes a bullet with the casing still attached from Scott's leg. (00:11:00)
The Legacy - S1-E15
Factual error: For supposedly being Hitler's heirs, the three conspirators are pretty lousy Nazis. None of them notices that on their copy of their idol's book, Mein Kampf, Der Fuhrer's name is prominently misspelled "Adolph" instead of "Adolf." (00:13:00)
Young Kidaichi's Murder: File 4 - S2-E4
Factual error: The bittersweet ending is powerful from a dramatic point of view, but also impossible, because law (in Japan, at least) explicitly forbids organs coming from suicide victims to go to their family members, to prevent behaviour exactly like the one displayed here.
Factual error: Detective Superintendent Hamilton has red fabric within the crowns on her rank insignia. This would be correct for most British police forces, but the Metropolitan Police uses blue fabric instead.
Factual error: The series takes place during the 1930s prohibition era. The $50 bill projected on screen is series 1953A with signatures of Ivy Baker Priest and Robert Anderson.
Funny Money - S1-E10
Factual error: The characters travel to Cyprus where they are seen driving on the right hand side of the road, when in Cyprus they drive on the left.
Factual error: When they're traveling to the farm to rescue her friend, (when a drone is filming from above following the truck down the road) there is light snow on the ground. Throughout the series in different parts, when they speak they're blowing mist/fog from it being cold. It isn't cold, snowing or any fall leaves in Mexico. Nor do those things hardly ever occur in southern Texas either.
Factual error: When asked about a trial Sebastian Berger replies that there was a jury verdict on a trial that took place in Germany. Germany has no jury based court system.
Factual error: When the X-Men are surfacing after crashing their jet into the dam, Shadowcat is shown phasing through the jet and pulling Wolverine and Beast through with her. Since Wolverine's bones are coated with a heavy metal, he wouldn't be able to float to the surface. He would sink instead. (00:14:57)
A.K.A Customer Service is Standing By - S3-E4
Factual error: Trish knocks the bad guy into the pool - he sinks to the bottom where Erik can conveniently grab the knife and cut himself free. But bodies don't sink - he should be floating on the surface, still out of reach.
