The Way of the Warrior (2) - S4-E2
Character mistake: During the Defiant's flight to save the Cardassian officials, Worf says something to the effect of, "I've never been aboard a Federation ship equipped with a cloak before". However, he was aboard the Enterprise during the Pegasus incident, where The Ship was temporarily equipped with a cloaking device.
Blood, Sweat, and Cheers - S4-E8
Character mistake: In the scene where Jack is phoning Col. Decker to give him the A-Team's location, the camera zooms to a wanted poster of the three members. The poster lists Faceman as the rank of Captain, instead of Lieutenant.
Character mistake: When Charlotte is going into Henry's dream for the first time, while she is talking, in the background, you see Henry move his head and open his eyes.
Character mistake: When Frank is starting to show Amy how to take the gun from him he removes the magazine and makes the statement "clip empty" - any Marine, certainly one as well trained as him would never refer to that as a "clip" - it is a magazine. A "clip" is a device intended to help rapidly load ammunition into a magazine.
Chapter 9: The Marshal - S2-E1
Character mistake: Cobb Vanth says that he's never seen anything but the dragon's head and had no idea about the size of the dragon...but at the beginning of the episode we could see the beast pass through town (conveniently right in the main road without damaging anything else) and its enormous lengthy body was perfectly noticeable. (00:31:20)
Remembrance - S1-E1
Character mistake: Picard and Data are playing poker at the beginning of the episode. Before the actual faces of the players are revealed, we are shown close-ups of their hands as they put down the chips for the bet. When Picard says his first line in the series it's "See", and it is literally true, because in the previous shot, Data put his 5 cards down on the table and face up. (00:00:50)
Character mistake: Another identity mistake in the finale: When Beast Boy's team is initially subdued, we see honorary Titan Hot Spot standing amongst the villains even though he is a) a hero and b) is supposed to be frozen solid at that time.
Character mistake: At the Life Guard Trials, Kelly is the first Angel to arrive. She finishes 20th. Then, four other competitors arrive (21st / 22nd / 23rd / 24th). Then, Kris arrives. The judge says to her "You're 23." (00:11:15)
Mojovision - S2-E11
Character mistake: When the title screen for Beast and Rogue's television program appears, Beast's real name of Hank McCoy is incorrectly spelled as "Hank Macoy."
Character mistake: The 'perfect' German postcard Rollin has written is full of mistakes: 1) The 'sie' must have a capital 'S' because it's a personal pronoun; 2) The only sentence stops in the middle and makes no sense; 3) The word 'Besten' has to be written without a capital because it's not a noun; 4) In Germany the house number stands after the street name, not before; 5) The streetname makes no sense. Too many mistakes for a so-called 'perfect' card. (00:04:40)
Character mistake: Patterson - the oceanographer - at one point claims that Lithuania is land-locked. She should know better; in fact, Lithuania has a coastline of close to 100 km on the Baltic Sea.
Character mistake: In the third instance where Superman manages to get rid of Mxyzptlk, he uses an article full of typos which spell the latter's name backwards as KLTPZYXM. Among the incorrect words is the word "citrimes", in which Superman has included an I and a T, so the correct word in context with the rest of the text should read "crimes" and thus the errors would spell KL-I-TPZYXM. Since there are no vowels in MXYZPTLK, however, what is the additional I doing here - and why didn't Mxyzptlk bother to mark it as a mistake, either?
Character mistake: Neil is looking over the model of the USS Enterprise close-up in Steve's office. The island structure on the flight deck is backwards.
Character mistake: The party is supposed to be "One of the premiere social events of the season", but the only people invited (Higgins knows for sure who is gonna come, so it's not like there's low attendance because of the weather) are a Prince from a fictional European state nobody knows about with his commoner wife, the editor of a poetry magazine that needs Robin's funds to survive, a sports star and Robin's accountant. 5 people in total, already all in Robin's pocket, and nobody else in attendance. While you could say that having royalty and a golden glove winner is certainly noteworthy, those people don't meet anyone else. Hardly a 'social event'. (00:04:00)
Duel Identity, Part II - S1-E30
Character mistake: Yugi mistakenly says if he doesn't get a monster out to defend himself Mai can attack him directly, which wouldn't be possible since the rules of Duel Monsters during the Duelist Kingdom arc forbade direct attacks on defenseless opponents. That rule wouldn't be implemented until the Battle City arc.
The Hammer - S1-E10
Character mistake: Raylan Givens tells Judge Reardon that he carries a ".45 Glock" but this is untrue. Throughout the series with the exception of the beginning of the first episode Raylan Givens carries a Glock 17, which is only chambered in 9mm parabellum. His backup can be seen to be a Glock 26 which is also in 9mm.
Character mistake: When Jack and Kate are in the car discussing the fact that the Russian agents found him because of Mark Boudreau, Kate wrongly refers to him as Martin Boudreau.
Character mistake: President Marsdin says that Camp David was named by President Eisenhower in honor of his son and grandson. It was actually named for his father and his grandson; his sons were named John and Doud.
Kid + Plane + Cable + Truck - S4-E3
Character mistake: Desi states that the stall speed of an F-16 is 250 knots. Not true. The F-16 stall speed in level flight is around 120 knots. (00:02:40)
Character mistake: When James Greer reviews Jack Ryan's military record, there is an entry that states he received the Marines Corps 'God' Conduct Medal. The word is meant to be Good. (00:31:09)
