Other mistake: When Bobby recovers the onside kick, he recovered it on the 43-yard line, which is where the ball is spotted (the scoreboard even shows this). However, there was an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty with the late tackle (and a flag was thrown so we know the ref didn't miss the penalty) so the ball should have been spotted on the 28-yard line. (And there's no question there were no off-setting penalties).

Other mistake: When some of the team is visiting Lupus, there is a picture given to Lupus of him catching a long fly ball in his glove from the first movie. However, the picture taken was up close and there is no way a picture that close could have been taken as nobody with a camera was anywhere around him on the field when the catch was made. In addition, nobody expected him to catch it, so the close up picture is not possible in reality.

Other mistake: When Fats makes the 7 ball after Eddie's safe play, you see the cue ball flying into the pocket before the camera changes shots.

Other mistake: In the scene in the beginning when Chazz Michael Michaels is being introduced, there is a brief shot where Chazz is alone skating in the same storage where, much later in the movie, Jimmy and Chazz practice for the World Wintersport Championship.

Other mistake: In the end credits, Charlie Conway is written as Charlie Conroy, and Larsson as Larson.

Other mistake: The commentator says that Derby deposed Leeds as League Champion, but Arsenal held the title before Derby did.

Other mistake: When Orlando Jones uses the stickup for his hands, in the next play his hands are very clean, and if you have ever used it, you know what I am saying.

Other mistake: In the scene after Jonathan and Aurora have sex in the gym, Jonathan gets on the company plane. You'll notice that he grows a massive beard overnight. Then, in the next scene, it's semi-shaved.

Other mistake: At the start when Crewe's girlfriend says "don't you take my Maserati" Crewe says he has earned it. He then goes out and gets in a Citroen, not a Maserati. Also, a Citroen front license plate appears on the car shortly afterwards which wasn't there before. (00:03:57)
Suggested correction: The Citroen SM model has a Maserati engine.
That doesn't make it a Maserati. Citroën bought Maserati in 1968, but their badge determined the brand, not what engine was in it. A lot of car companies are owned by other car companies to have multiple divisions in their lineup. If someone has a Toyota and called it a Lexus, they'd be wrong, just like it's wrong in this case.

Other mistake: The Tigers are the visiting team, so should be at bat first.

Other mistake: Rudy continually checks the roster to see if he made the dress list. The captain of the team is Roland Steele; the first one to visit the coach about giving up his jersey for Rudy. Every time Rudy looks at the list he scans past the last names for "S" where you should see Steele, Roland. Steele doesn't appear on the dress list yet he dresses every game. Stock, J. (Capt.) appears on the list, so Steele should too.

Other mistake: When driving to the Jordan's home in Wilmington, Sonny reads a highway map when he's driving the side streets.

Other mistake: When Eddie sees himself reflected in the ball, his reflection is not reversed. (01:46:30)

Other mistake: When Ben Chapman is yelling racial slurs at Jackie Robinson, his socks don't match the other Phillies players' uniforms. He is actually wearing the socks from the Boston Brave (Atlanta Braves now).

Other mistake: After seeing Joe Montana play in Super Bowl XIX, young Kurt said, "I knew I wanted to be that guy." When he goes outside to pass the football, young Kurt has "Warner 13" on the back of his jersey - not Montana's #16 but the #13 that he could not know in advance that he would eventually wear during most of his adult career. (Jersey numbers are not necessarily that available for a player to have his pick). (00:02:02 - 00:02:33)
Suggested correction: This is trivia at best, certainly not a mistake. While it's true he wore #12 in high school, there's no reason he couldn't have liked #13 as a child. And, many key position players do get to pick their number, from the available range, which Kurt certainly did.

Other mistake: When Benny signs the autograph for the fake baseball he signs it Babe Ruthe with an 'E' on the end. This can be seen when Smalls put it back in his step dad's trophy room.
Suggested correction: He did though it's apparently supposed to happen like that as one of the boys says "Baby Ruthe?" when he's signing it and a comment is made about how bad it looks. Strange as it seems; this appears to have been done purposefully for the movie thus would not be a mistake if that's what the actor was directed to do.

Other mistake: The Rolls-Royce at Watkins Glen, and the Mini in England, have the same English license plate.

Other mistake: Bronson arrives in town hitching a ride in a boxcar. He hops off and begins walking along a different track. In the next shot, you can see in the background the same freight train he left, already moving in the opposite direction. (00:02:10)

Other mistake: Just before the first arm wrestling match against "Smasher, " Bull Hurley is seen in the doorway looking at Lincoln accept a match. A few seconds later Bull seems to appear into the doorway like he is showing himself for the first time.

Other mistake: In the championship game at the end, Ray Mitchell hits a two run homer to tie the game. As Mitchell is crossing home, he never touches the plate.
