Audio problem: When Luke says, "Now all we gotta do is find this Yoda, if he even exists," if you look closely, his mouth never moves.
Audio problem: After the aeroplane crashed, a dinosaur stepped over it and the windows shattered making the typical sound of made-of-glass things when broken. They are made of plexiglass (a sort of fibrous plastic).
Audio problem: When the monster is climbing up the laboratory steps following the music Frau Blucher is playing on the violin, she says, "Your grandfather would play this music for the creature he was making", her mouth does not move.
Audio problem: When Commander Taggert (Tim Allen) and Lt. Madison (Sigourney Weaver) first see the hallway with the chompers, she says, "Oh, screw that!" but if you watch her lips she clearly uses the 'f' word instead of 'screw'.
Audio problem: The aliens that populate the planet of Geonosis have an extremely peculiar method of speech - consisting of clicks and weird ringing sounds. However, despite the fact that they make up 99.9% of the crowd in the arena, the sound of the crowd cheering is human. (01:44:10)
Audio problem: In the lobby shootout scene, when Trinity starts kicking one of the guards after he goes to reload and reaches for a new clip, you can hear her yell the first time she kicks him, but the next two times, although her mouth opens the same way, the audio's been silenced. (01:38:20)
Audio problem: Anthony Hopkins is in his car with Cogman, discussing Pangea the super continent over the phone with John Turturro. There are two instances in this scene in which Anthony Hopkins' voice has been dubbed over by a different actor that does not sound like him. Anthony Hopkins first says "That's Pangea. The super continent." The scene then flashes back to the round table and the dubbed voice attempting to sound like Hopkins says "It's the same shape on the round table." The dubbed voice is heard again when he says "Genius", before reverting back to Anthony Hopkins immediately after when he says "Stonehenge."
Audio problem: When Will Smith is looking at the two space ships at the MIB headquarters, if you look in the background Zed and K are there typing on the computer. But if you look closer you can tell that they're not even touching the keyboard and the sounds are just added into the movie. (01:16:00)
Audio problem: When the Terminator breaks into the police station, he has a Franchise SPAS 12 semi-automatic (or selectable pump action) shotgun in his left hand, and an Armalite AR 180 machine gun in his right. Before he kills the power in the building, he comes to the end of a hall, points his shotgun through a doorway, and shoots. A machine gun sound is used for the blast, instead of a shotgun sound. Audio problem: On the first level of the video game, after Velma brings up what she remembers what Eric said about the Scooby snacks in the game, you hear Daphne talking but you see Velma's lips moving. (00:01:00)
Audio problem: Before they leave for Mission City, Lennox tells Keller, "Sir, you gotta figure out some way to get word out..." Then in the next shot, as Lennox shouts, "Let's move!" his mouth stays open - not forming the "m" with his lips to produce the word "move", which we hear very clearly (it looks as if he really said, "Let's go!"). Changes in dialogue are done during ADR and often are not in sync with mouth movements seen onscreen. (01:45:45)
Audio problem: An early scene in the movie has Chinese soldiers recruiting Tibetans to work on a secret project which they are told is a dam. As the scene ends, the sound of explosives draws everyone's eyes towards the mountains, where the explosions can be seen several miles in the distance. The sight and sound of these explosions take place simultaneously. Sound travels much slower than light. In reality, there should have been some delay before the sound of the explosions was heard.
Audio problem: When Vader is talking to an Imperial officer in the hangar in the Death Star, when the officer says, "It must be a decoy, sir. Several of the escape pods have been jettisoned." his head is shown from behind, but his profile shows his mouth is moving before the words are heard. (01:03:55)
Audio problem: Right after Bert kills the second graboid he gets on the radio and says "we killed that mother-humper". Val replies "...be advised there are two more mother-humpers". However Val's lips don't seem to be saying "humper". This occurs even in unedited versions of the film. (01:01:40)
Audio problem: Just after the car crash, when the zombies are taking Starla, Bill and Kylie yell after her, but they call her Carla.

Audio problem: The ship is going at full speed towards the coast - making a roaring engine sound. But when it hits the coast and stops, the sound of the engines stop too. Who turned them off? (01:46:25)
Audio problem: When the Knights deploy their missiles with no results, we see in close-ups as they respond that Steven is Knight 1, Jimmy is Knight 7, and another Marine is Knight 3. After Steven says, "Knight 1. Sweet Luck. Echo, Fox 2," we see a close-up of Knight 3 and hear his voice (not Jimmy's) say, "Knight 7, Fox 2", though he is in fact Knight 3, and Jimmy is Knight 7.
