Audio problem: When Trevor is explaining to Riley how he wants to rob the storage unit, at one point there's an over-the-shoulder shot where he says "Totally anonymous... nobody's ever seen any one in there... but, like the shit..." If you look closely, you can tell Trevor is saying something completely different. True, his mouth isn't on-screen the whole time, but his jaw movements and his mouth movements don't match the words at all when they are visible, revealing they altered the dialogue in post.
Audio problem: The helicopter appears in front of the window (like, a few feet away) of the command deck of a ship in the middle of the ocean, with the ship being in full alert and with guards all around the premises but who all somehow missed its deafening arrival. (01:35:50)
Audio problem: When Baldacci shoots the van that is coming at him full force, the sound bits inserted are of bullets hitting metal. Since he is aiming at the windshield, either his gun does not shoot straight or someone has been very lazy with the sound editing; even if he hit bulletproof glass, the sound it would make would not be like that at all. And a few seconds later his colleague shoots at the van from the side and there is no bullet impact sound at all; to Miss a static target of THAT size from a few feet of distance she'd have to blind as well. (00:43:05)
Audio problem: When Bart is looking through a magazine and starts to rip a page out, the whole page is lifted and obviously already loose; Bart sets it down to look like he is tearing it out, and sound effects are added to make it appear he really is ripping out the page, but the sounds don't really match his motions. (00:31:20)
Audio problem: Buddy drives a manual truck, but when he goes around a corner, we can hear the truck's gears changing. Buddy's arm stays glued out the window, so he can't be changing gears.
Audio problem: At the police station, Helen and Jake are talking. When the camera is on Jake, Helen says her lines but her mouth and the words are out of sync.
Audio problem: When Deacon is talking to the cop's brother's corpse, he says "you're not talking to me now?" and his lips aren't moving. And moments later, he says "what? You don't want to?" And "you don't talk because..." Same things, his lips don't move.
Audio problem: In the boiler room, Blore responds to Lombard saying "I still wanna be a living idiot." In the next shot, Stanley Holloway's lips are moving with no sound before Shirley Eaton's arrival. (01:00:00)

Audio problem: In the scene just before the engineer falls from the train, all the main characters are gathered in the governor's car. Charles Bronson is pouring alcohol from a decanter. The "glug, glug" sound of pouring begins before the actual pouring starts.
Audio problem: Hassan runs away, chased by Dr. King. A wild Lady Westholme appears and says a line that does not match her lips. (Peter Ustinov's lips move without a sound as well, but in his case Poirot is self-censoring an expletive). (01:15:15)
Audio problem: After the Gluttony murder, both detectives drive to the forensic and have a chat. The audio is slightly out of sync with their lips. Spanish DVD release. Fixed in the Blu-Ray edition.
Audio problem: After Harlan knocks over the Go board, Marta says "I'm done with you." When she says that, which is when she puts the two vials on the table, her mouth isn't moving.
Audio problem: When Zeke is introduced and talking about Forrest Gump, he says the line "He beat China in ping-pong!" But if you look close, his mouth movements don't match the line. The same thing happens later in the scene when he mutters "f**k outta here, man."
Audio problem: When Jason dies, he says the line, "But we have to finish the movie." If you pay attention, his mouth isn't moving for the word "but."
Audio problem: During the scene right after Anton runs into the scarecrows in his house only to find out they are his deceased mom and dad, you see him run out to his porch and begin throwing up into his bushes. You can hear the sounds of liquid hitting the bushes, but you see nothing coming out of his mouth (there is enough light in the film to determine this).
Audio problem: When Angel goes to check the side of the house after hearing the dog barking, in the shot behind Angel, the dog can be seen in the background of the shot. The dog can be seen moving its head up and down every time it barks, but during the last bark of the shot, the dog's head remains completely still, revealing that the last bark was dubbed in.
