The rounds appeared to be high power rifle ammo, probably in the 7mm Remington magnum or .30-06 range, very common hunting rounds. When he fires his rifle it sounds quieter than a suppressed shot, however he has no suppressor on the muzzle end of his weapon. (01:09:20)
Audio problem: When Jason dies, he says the line, "But we have to finish the movie." If you pay attention, his mouth isn't moving for the word "but."
Audio problem: During the final test, at one point Marcus says "Shoot this piece of s**t Ezekiel, now." In the first shot, it's clear he's saying something entirely different as his mouth movements don't match the dialogue. The scene then cuts to a closeup mid-line, and the closeup does match... but the first shot doesn't match in the slightest.
Audio problem: Hotel room scene; after assessing the state of a shirtless Cross' ribs, Kate says "At least now the FBI know who they are looking for." Most of the sentence is pronounced off-screen, but it begins with Ashley Judd with her mouth shut. (01:14:35)

Audio problem: In the scene just before the engineer falls from the train, all the main characters are gathered in the governor's car. Charles Bronson is pouring alcohol from a decanter. The "glug, glug" sound of pouring begins before the actual pouring starts.
