The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: As Link is watching Zelda walk away from his tower window, a Moblin reaches out from behind him and pulls him inside, the window then being shut. Link is then thrust against the closed window in the next shot, and now by comparing the size of Link's head to it, the window is now significantly smaller. (00:02:10)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Link stands in front of his mirror with his arms folded, whining about his life. In this shot the top of the mirror is almost completely level with the posts. It cuts to a close up of his reflection and suddenly the top of the mirror is much taller than the top of the posts. Also it appears some bolts appear on the posts themselves and the one on the left is in the wrong position. (00:01:25)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: As Link is walking towards his window after getting out of bed, there's a shot showing two of the windows in his room. There are block-like extensions under the windows - a ledge with rings on them. In this shot, they are not the same. The one on the right is significantly bigger and taller than the one on the left. In the rest of the episode they are pretty much uniform in shape and size for all windows in that room. (00:01:35)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In the wide shot as Link is sitting up in bed, the picture of Zelda on the wall shrinks in size significantly to what it was in the previous shot. Also the area around Zelda changes from blue to white. Also between shots the sheet beside him on the bed is bunched up differently. (00:01:20)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: As the camera pans over to Link asleep in bed, you can see his sword tucked under his pillow. His bed has no fitted sheet over it, just being apparently bare wood save for the sheet he's covered up with. It then cuts to a close up as he wakes up, and in frustration he picks his pillow up grumbling. His sword vanishes from under his pillow and now his bed has a sheet over it. (00:01:05)
Continuity mistake: In the opening title sequence, Link pulls Zelda and jumps off a bridge with her to escape a squad of Moblins and Staffos. Before hitting the water, Link fires several sword lasers at the water to cause a splash to break their fall, but only does so for him. Before they hit you see the background behind them of a dirt wall and the bridge being almost completely covered in a green, probably moss, substance. But as Link hits the water and is back flipped into the air where he lands on a rock right behind where he was, the wall is now almost completely brown dirt. (00:00:35)
Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Once Link frees Zelda, he says she is the only one that can change him back to normal. As he does, it cuts to a side view of them and suddenly Ganon's bed is on a completely different side of the stalactite and next to a wall, and the stalactite is by the wall which was not there before. (00:12:40)
Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: Ganon's bed is first shown as the camera pans across it when he begins talking to Zelda, who's tied up. After the scene shows Link and Spryte sneaking into his lair, it cuts back to an overhead view of Ganon's bed and now the pillows on it have rearranged and the head board becomes taller and skinner. (00:11:45)
Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: The ‘hair' protruding down from the top of the Witch of Wall's hood is gray, almost the same gray as the hood but slightly different. But when she grabs Frog Link's tongue and is holding it in the close up, her hair is now the same color as her ‘skin'. In that same shot her ‘skin' also appears more skin color where it was an off white previously. (00:10:30)
Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Link and Spryte first see the Witch of Walls, Spryte is hovering beside Link with her wings flapping. It cuts to the Witch for a moment, then back to them in a far shot, and now for some reason Spryte's wings are merely wiggling in the air, which would not keep her afloat. (00:10:05)
Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4
Revealing mistake: After hearing Spryte scream, Ganon teleports into the cave area and looks around. As he does, an odd animation glitch of a blue spot suddenly appears above his head just to the right for a few frames and then vanishes. It's almost the size of his head. (00:12:05)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Zelda walks into Link's room and folds her arms, asking if he ever cleans in here. It cuts to a close up of her before Link retorts and a couple things change. Most notably the tie/ribbon of her bath robe has the ends down together almost straight, but then in the close up are spread apart. Then the flowers on her head are big and only 3 visible until it cuts to a close up and they are smaller, and more. And finally in the close up her left hand becomes visible under her right arm where it wasn't before. Also the sheet on the bed post hanging up changes slightly in how it's tied and wrinkled, as well as going from a light blue to almost white. (00:04:10)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: Spryte brings a robe out for Zelda, who looks over at the fairy from a side angle. That shot shows that her gown is still up over and covering her right shoulder. It cuts to a different angle before she puts the robe on and suddenly her right shoulder is exposed. (00:01:55)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Spryte brings out a robe for Zelda to put on, the ring of roses around her head changes, with there being fewer leaves, and the roses being more bunched up together and apparently more of them. The number and position of the leaves and roses is also never consistent through that whole scene. Sometimes leaves blinking in and out of existence as she moves her head. (00:01:55)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Revealing mistake: Link looks down from his window and sees Zelda. Zelda then has a bird fly up and land on her hand. It cuts to a different angle before Link whistles at her and for a few frames before Zelda moves her hand, the bird is now not even on her hand, but apparently just hovering in the air beside it. (00:01:45)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Link looks out of his window and sees Zelda below, he places his hands on the edge of his window. His right hand is out in the light. It then cuts to a behind the shoulder view and now his right hand is up further and in the shadows. (00:01:40)
The Ringer - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: In Link's room, the shot of Zelda's portrait on the wall above a pitcher and cup shows that there is light shining through the window with beams visible in front of Zelda's picture. But then as Link is getting up out of bed, it shows that the window beside that spot is closed completely. (00:01:00)
Chosen answer: Because they were technically the same show. The 65 episodes of Super Mario Brothers Super Show contained 52 episodes of Super Mario and 13 episodes of The Legend of Zelda.
