Continuity mistake: When Tintin and Haddock walk through a corridor with two drunk men, Tintin opens a door. The key hole on the door is blue. For a few frames, the key hole becomes brown, then back to blue again. As he closes the door, the key hole is once again brown for a couple of frames. (00:34:50)

Continuity mistake: A soldier guarding the hotel picks up a smashed light bulb with 1cm of glass on the edge. Shot cuts and there is now about 4cm of glass on the edge. The smashed glass around the bulb also disappears. (00:35:30)

Continuity mistake: A guy at a desk tells the Colonel that Calculus will be released. After he goes into his office, the guy at the desk has a phone that is a foot away from him. 2 shots later, the phone is about 6 inches away from the guy. (00:39:30)

Character mistake: After reaching the border, Snowy finds an umbrella and Tintin states that it is Calculus's umbrella. It isn't Calculus's umbrella - Calculus's umbrella has a brown handle, and this one has a grey handle. (00:42:25)
Continuity mistake: Tintin has a black and red striped tie as he and Snowy are walking. The tie becomes a black and brown striped tie by the time he returns to the apartment. (00:01:40)
Continuity mistake: Tintin arrives at the observatory with a green shirt. But by the time he finds the telescope, he suddenly has a yellow shirt. Then as Tintin walks back to the apartment, he has the green shirt again. (00:02:25 - 00:02:55)
Audio problem: When Tintin first sees the telescope, he says "What?" His mouth is out-of-sync when he says this. (00:02:50)
Revealing mistake: After Tintin exits the observatory, there is a shot showing us the meteoroid in the sky. In this shot, stars are visible through it. (00:04:40)
Continuity mistake: A tyre explodes and the remains go all around Tintin. But by the time the earthquake begins, nearly 80% of the burst tyre remains have vanished. (00:05:25)
Revealing mistake: During the earthquake, Tintin leaps onto a lamp post and the ground starts to rise. The inside of his mouth is green as this happens. (00:05:50)
Continuity mistake: When Tintin wakes up, night is visible outside of the window. As the camera pans around the room, showing everything all cracked and destroyed, daylight is visible outside one of the other windows. (00:06:30)
Revealing mistake: Professor Fossil places the results over a lamp and says "I have never seen such a formation before". As he says this, Tintin appears on screen. He never walks into shot, he just appears on the screen out of nowhere. (00:07:40)
