Heal Thyself - S3-E11

Visible crew/equipment: While Karen is packing up her car Dr. Jorgenson walks over to talk to her, and he begins by saying that he had spoken to her friend. Just as Karen says, "Thomas," in this shot we can spot something covered with black cloth and tape, presumably the boom mic, hovering low between them. (00:25:50)

Heal Thyself - S3-E11

Audio problem: Not getting much sympathy from his buddies, Magnum just hands his coffee mug to Higgins and bolts off to go meet Karen. If you look at Roger E. Mosley face when he says "Hey Thomas, Higgins said we don't have t...", the audio is dubbed and does not match his lips' movements. (00:07:00)

Factual error: Magnum shows the news of Dr. Karen Harmon on the newspaper to TC and Rick and tells them "She was with the 71st Evac Hospital at Binh Thuy, remember?", but the 71st Evac was at Pleiku, over 600km up north. (00:07:00)

Heal Thyself - S3-E11

Revealing mistake: Magnum confronts on the beach the slimy journalist and he 'threatens' him. He then turns around to leave. Close-up on Reporter Eric Daniels and after a second you can see in the left corner of the screen a tiny bit of Magnum's maroon hawaiian shirt pop in view. He never left. (00:18:50)

Heal Thyself - S3-E11

Revealing mistake: When Higgins shows Magnum the article that (allegedly) manipulates his words to support the thesis that Karen was driven mad by 'Nam, the paper uses the famed recurring filler text that many Earl Hays Press papers use ("An immediate investigation is assured") that appears in dozens of movies. Continuity mistake: Magnum is talking with the administrator of the hospital, Phillip Harriman. He asks him about Dr. Jorgenson. When Harriman answers, a rather conspicuous fella with a big head of curly hair walks into the building. Heal Thyself - S3-E11

Revealing mistake: In the close-up of the newspaper with the headline about Karen being the suspect in the serial killings, the same 3 paragraphs are plastered randomly all over the page. (00:06:50)

Magnum: I could appeal to his heart.
Lieutenant Maggie Poole: Yeah. And his stomach.
Magnum: Oh, come on! That food stuff, that was just an excuse. Listen, underneath that stomach was a heart as big as...that stomach.
