The Firestorm - S5-E5

Continuity mistake: When Zeb asks Olivia about dinner he takes a whole carrot, snaps it in half, and begins chomping as he walks toward the meeting in the living room, but when Esther takes the carrot away from Zeb it's quite a whole carrot, with only the tip gone. (00:05:00)

The Firestorm - S5-E5

Continuity mistake: After the rock is thrown, when John-Boy is looking through the broken window while holding the rock he's wearing grey pleated trousers, but it cuts to a closeup of the rock in John-Boy's hands and now he's wearing what looks like blue jeans, plus the hands holding the rock look nothing like John-Boy's hands. The Move - S9-E8

Visible crew/equipment: While the family starts packing up their car with John's suitcases and boxes, right after John says, "I just don't want any kind of a big scene," a cluster of boom mics dip into view and stays there at the top of the screen, over Mary Ellen and Jason. Then in the closeup, as John agrees that they will all go see Olivia, a crew member wearing a blue shirt (with a front pocket) is visible in the vehicle's window reflection. (00:44:40)

The Reunion - S1-E14

Ike: How's it feel to be a working man?
John-Boy: Ike, Mama would skin me alive! Everyone knows those two ladies make bootleg whiskey.
Ike: But they don't know what they're doing. They're just following their papa's Recipe.
John-Boy: But sometimes they sell it!
Ike: Yeah, but they're just like two little girls by a roadside selling lemonade.

The Journey - S2-E1

Trivia: While Maggie MacKenzie and John-Boy are at the Mermaid Restaurant, when they both dance together Maggie envisions her long deceased husband, Michael MacKenzie, dancing with her instead of John-Boy. It is Earl Hamner Jr. who portrays Michael MacKenzie in this uncredited onscreen cameo during the scene (note teeth and facial features are identical).
