Visible crew/equipment: After Miss Emily tells her sister to serve some more Recipe to Homer and Zeb, when it cuts to the Walton house the set's lighting equipment is visible at the left side of the screen. (00:15:45)
Visible crew/equipment: After John finishes checking on John-Boy's car, when it cuts to the kids in the bathroom, note the vanity mirror's reflection. In between Mary Ellen's and Jason's reflections, we can see an older man wearing black glasses, yellow shirt, and blazer, who is standing outside the bathroom's doorway. Visible crew/equipment: When John-Boy falls off the ladder and breaks his wrist Zeb drives him to the doctor in the truck. During their drive we can see through the window behind them, and there's a crew member wearing a red shirt riding along in the back, as they drive past a parked 1970s station wagon. Visible crew/equipment: When Jim-Bob delivers Betsy's mail she's washing her hair outside, and as she flips her wet hair back we can see the microphone under her halter top, while her arms are up. Continuity mistake: When John-Boy finishes the roof repair he carries the ladder and places it beside the tree, then he notices the unlocked padlock on the garage door. In the closeup, the open lock is inserted through the latch facing the right, but in the wideshot the lock is inserted through the latch the opposite way. (00:25:25)

Deliberate mistake: When Ted sees Ep's roadblock he turns the LaSalle Coupe around to avoid the sheriff, and the next wideshot of Ted and Sarah driving the LaSalle down the road is a flipped shot, note everything is backwards. (00:36:45)
The Home Front: Part 2 - S8-E2
Visible crew/equipment: When Ike removes the gas pump from John's truck he turns to put it away, and the black wire as well as the bulging outline of the mic transmitter are visible at the back of his waist. Then after John pays Ike for the gas, Calvin pulls alongside John just as he reaches up to wipe his truck's windshield, and we can see the bulging outline of the mic transmitter and its wire on John's back.
Visible crew/equipment: After Colonel Brunson's funeral it cuts to Rose in the living room, and when Elizabeth and Drew walk into the Walton house, the black T-mark is visible on the rug where Elizabeth stands. (00:07:00)
