The Hostage - S9-E21

Continuity mistake: In this episode the hidden door to the "secret recipe room" is controlled by pressing the top right panel on the wall. But pressing that top panel should not open or close the door. In 9x12 "The Hot Rod," when they first discover the "ingenius" panel, it is only the panel second from the top that works, none of the other panels control the "secret" door when Ike and Miss Emily press them. The Hostage - S9-E21

Continuity mistake: After the explosion in the Recipe room, when Octavia opens the hidden door there is no molding at the top of the door in the shot from the foyer, but in the next shot from inside the "secret" room, as Octavia enters the room, there is molding along the top of that door. The Recluse - S6-E3

Visible crew/equipment: Near the end, while John is working alone in the mill Ben shows up, and when Ben asks, "Need some help," a crew member is hiding behind the stack of drawers, toward the right side of the screen. It's not Zeb or Easy or any family member. (00:46:30)

The Unthinkable - S8-E15

Trivia: While John is reading the newspaper funnies to John Curtis, we hear Erin and Mary Ellen come home, so John puts the folded newspaper down on the couch. And as the newspaper lies on the couch, we can see the large white adhesive label with typewritten sentences adhered to the center of the funnies page. Presumably, these are the actor's lines as he was reading quite animatedly to the toddler (sweet moment). (00:06:25)
