An Ounce of Prevention - S6-E13

Continuity mistake: At the ferris wheel, when the boy starts to climb down to help the man in the lower seat, in the closeup he steps on the two yellow, fluorescent tube light bulbs causing the bulbs to plummet and shatter on the ground below. The problem is that those two fluorescent bulbs did not even exist in the prior wide shots, that lamp socket space was empty.

An Ounce of Prevention - S6-E13

Continuity mistake: When Roy and Johnny walk into the day room all spiffy and ready to leave for the Tom Jensen Show, Chet's legs go back and forth from being uncrossed to crossed, depending on the angle of the shot. As an aside, something to watch for is Henry the dog burying his face between Chet's legs, and Chet's reaction.

Insanity Epidemic - S6-E14

Revealing mistake: At the gas station with the broken pump nozzle, Captain Stanley and the station attendant head to the garage area to see the main shut-off circuit box, which is located at the far right corner of the garage, but in the next shot, we can see the attendant's reflection behind Roy, and he's standing somewhere else off camera, not where he's supposed to be in the next shot with Captain Stanley.

Insanity Epidemic - S6-E14

Visible crew/equipment: At the gas station with the broken pump nozzle, when Roy and Johnny are tending to the woman with the cut on her head, the outlines of Roy's mic transmitter and wire are visible on the left side of his shirt, above his belt. Additionally, note that the office's left pane of glass has been removed to prevent the reflection of the camera facing it.

Revealing mistake: At the gas station, when the pump sparks and catches fire, we can see that it's not gasoline on the ground with the water from the fire hose, but instead it's floating thick gobs of stunt fire gel with burning flames.

Other mistake: While Charlie is trying to figure out what's wrong with the squad, when Captain Stanley, Roy and John are sitting around the table, there's a can of scouring cleanser which has yellow tape covering the "a" and "x" so all we see is the "ja" on the can, in order to hide its brand name, which is Ajax.

School Days - S2-E14

Question: Who are the two baseball players that walk up to the nurses' station to talk about their teammate and discuss his relationship status with his girlfriend to Dixie?

Answer: I was rewatching a few first season episodes of Charlie's Angels (1976), and in S1xE6 "The Killing Kind," I recognized the same actor. So, to finally fully answer your question, the two baseball players in School Days are played by Rod Perry and Sean Fallon Walsh.

Super Grover

Answer: I took a screenshot of the two actors, with Rod Perry on the right (https://imgur.com/GCW1myD). Hopefully someone will know the name of the actor on the left. Both actors are uncredited in the episode's credits.

Super Grover

Answer: The guy on the right is actor, Rod Perry. Two years later he played Deacon on the 1970s TV show S.W.A.T. (and now I'm humming its theme song). As for the actor on the left, I recognize his face and voice, but I can't recall from what.
