Visible crew/equipment: When Brackett tells Dixie to have Chet go for the cast, he steps into the hallway to speak with Mr. Kleiner, and as the two start walking up the hallway, the black tape mark is visible on the floor behind them, beside the gurney, precisely where the attendant had been standing.
Visible crew/equipment: In the kitchen, when Roy removes the cap from the soda pop, the actor's black tape mark is visible on the floor behind him, just before Roy steps on it when he talks to Captain Stanley.
Audio problem: When Roy and Johnny are tending to the actor with possible MI, Brackett asks for an EKG strip, and after Johnny hooks the scope up to the Biophone, we hear him say, "Lead 2," but his mouth is closed and doesn't move.
Continuity mistake: During the rescue of the two boys on the tower, a few shots after Chet starts climbing the stairs, there's a long shot looking up at Roy and John, and we can see Chet at the last set of stairs at the bottom left of the screen, and a few shots later from the same long angle, we see Chet reach the top. However, quite a few shots later, after the old man comments about job security, we see Chet again, but he's nowhere near the top yet.
Continuity mistake: When Johnny and Roy must climb the tower to rescue the two boys, they both buckle the pompier belts around their waists with the large carabiner hooks at their left sides and walk towards the tower, but in the next shot Johnny's belt is on the opposite way, at his right, as they start to climb the stairs. Then the life belt flips back to the way it was originally.
Continuity mistake: When Roy and Johnny are tending to the actor with the possible heart attack, Brackett asks for an EKG strip, so Roy holds out his right hand to give Johnny the cable, but in the next shot Roy's holding out his left hand with the cable.
Revealing mistake: When Captain Stanley runs into the burning house looking for Johnny, the floor beside the stairs (under the table) is visible behind him, and there is no rug only wall-to-wall carpet, but when Johnny and Toby fall from the stairs, that area of floor is covered in a rug raised up like a platform, covering the crash mat for the stunt, then the rug vanishes when the guys get Johnny and Toby.
Other mistake: At the start of this episode the tones drop and Station 51 is dispatched to a fire and explosion. In this closeup, all the guys come running from the kitchen into the apparatus bay and head for the vehicles, but wait, none of them are actually 51's guys.
Continuity mistake: When Johnny is in the pool with the guy who somersaulted off the roof, he and Roy insert an esophageal airway to ventilate, but when they lift him out of the pool and load the guy onto the stretcher, the esophageal airway has vanished.
Visible crew/equipment: When the attendants wheel the boy who can't breathe into the ER, then stop at the nurses' station so Morton can have a look at him, there are two white tape marks visible on the floor, one is below the base station's tape recorder, where a nurse first stands, and the other is at the side of the main desk, where that same nurse (behind Dixie) stands a moment later.
Other mistake: When Roy and Johnny are with the guy who somersaulted off the roof into the pool, Johnny is in the pool giving him oxygen, and in the closeups Johnny's left hand varies between very hairy, not hairy at all, normal fingernails and bitten up fingernails. Additionally, the hand holding the mask on the boy's face changes back and forth between Johnny's left and right hand, between shots.
Continuity mistake: At the start, when Station 51 is dispatched to the fire and explosion, in the overhead wide shot we see Gage getting into the squad on the passenger side, but in the closeup Gage is in the driver's seat, and when they arrive at the scene it's DeSoto who's driving.
Visible crew/equipment: While en route to the structure fire, Mike is driving Engine 51, and seated backwards in the jumpseat behind Mike is Marco, who's wearing a helmet and his turnout, but in the shot from the POV behind Mike, we see the reflection in the rear-view mirror of the grey haired crew member, who is seated facing forward behind Mike.
Continuity mistake: When Mrs. Epps begs Dr. Morton to tell her the truth about her son's condition, the stethoscope is hanging around Morton's neck with the headset on his left side and the chestpiece on his right side, but then it flips to the opposite way, and then back again, between shots.
Continuity mistake: When Johnny runs inside the burning house to get to Toby and his grandfather, he's wearing a distinctive SCBA tank on his back, but when Johnny's inside the house he's wearing a different tank. Additionally, when Roy takes the mother's pulse he's also wearing a tank, but when Johnny and Toby have come out his tank is different.
Visible crew/equipment: When Gage and DeSoto are at Harry Teal's house for the third time, there is an actor's white tape mark on the floor in front of the cabinets, just below where the Biophone is placed.
Continuity mistake: While Brackett is with Ken in the ER he's wearing a blue/white striped tie, and when he calls Ken's doctor the tie is tied differently, but then it's tied the original way.
Other mistake: When all the guys are asleep in the dorm, at 12:47 AM the dispatcher drops tones for Squad 51 and we hear him say, "Squad 51, person sick," yet the footage that is shown is of all the guys getting up, not just Roy and Johnny, putting on their turnouts.
Continuity mistake: When Brackett leads Mr. Teal to his wife they walk into treatment 2, which has a windowless door, but in the shot from inside the room they're actually in treatment 1, which has a window on its door.
Visible crew/equipment: When John and Roy are dispatched to the couple's house, for the second time, after they've checked the rooms upstairs and downstairs they join the couple in the living room, and the reflection of the large overhead set lighting is visible in the mirror hanging over the mantel.
Answer: I was rewatching a few first season episodes of Charlie's Angels (1976), and in S1xE6 "The Killing Kind," I recognized the same actor. So, to finally fully answer your question, the two baseball players in School Days are played by Rod Perry and Sean Fallon Walsh.
