Continuity mistake: When Fornell and Gibbs are talking in Gibbs' basement, Gibbs places a red storage box on some wood and there is a fair gap between the red box and the cardboard box that is next to it. When the camera changes, the boxes are almost touching with no-one touching it. (00:04:15)

Continuity mistake: When Agent Sacks is overseeing the FBI search at Ziva's station he unfolds his arms. Camera changes to Tony and McGee walking away and his arms are crossed again. (00:20:15)

Continuity mistake: When the bike and Mini turn down a road just after the crash at the start we see the car the bike is approaching from behind has got a junction to its right. Camera changes to behind the bike and now it is buildings to the right of the same car. We know it's the same car as the bike is still approaching the car from behind. (00:00:50)

Revealing mistake: At the start when the two cars crash and Ziva's Mini goes out round the crash, colour coded markers (red for the Mini, Blue for the crashed car) are visible on the road. (00:00:40)

Continuity mistake: We see Ziva take the photos out and place them on the interrogation table and ask the captain to point out their suspect. We then see the Captain pick up a photo. Camera changes to McGee and Tony behind the glass and we see Ziva getting the photos out and places them on the table again. (00:39:10)

Continuity mistake: When Ziva is walking towards James at the end you can see from a high shot that she has got her right hand touching her neck. Camera swaps to a front view and both hands are away from her neck and in the air. (00:39:00)

Revealing mistake: When the Lieutenant is explaining how her gun was in the victim's house, the camera pans behind Gibbs. Pay close attention and you can see a very faint shadow move across his back. Since we see there is nothing behind him on numerous occasions, it can only be part of the film crew. (00:18:20)

Continuity mistake: McGee brings the food back to NCIS and there are 3 bags on the tray. Two are taken leaving one. We then see Tony take one leaving a fourth on the tray that wasn't there before. (00:14:35)

Continuity mistake: Ziva says how she has the same problem as Tony in regards to a neighbor. When she does we can see a red suit wearing agent entering the house. Camera cuts and he never appears. (00:09:20)
