Other mistake: After the Doctor tells Bill that Heather's face isn't symmetrical, when he and Bill look into the "puddle" together the Doctor explains that instead of seeing her normal backwards reflection, she's seeing her face "the right way round." The problem occurs in the next shot of the Doctor and Bill seen in the puddle, because the "WOW!" patch on Bill's jacket is properly where it should be, but note everything else is actually backwards. Things such as Bill's color-block top and her denim jacket buttons are on the opposite way. Also note the Doctor's ring has switched hands. Presumably this shot was edited, and the "WOW!" patch was blurred on the left of Bill's jacket then digitally added to the right side, to give the appearance that it's "the right way round" as the Doctor said. Continuity mistake: When Perkins leaves the TARDIS, Clara's hair clip is on the left side of her hair, but in her close-up (00:43:25) when Clara asks the Doctor, "Do you love it," the clip has switched to the right side of her hair, because it's a flipped shot. Then the clip changes back to her left side. (00:43:25)
Continuity mistake: When Lawrence is watching the Weeping Angel, just after seeing the Doctor's film/Easter egg, he turns away for a split second. By the time he turns back, you see the Weeping Angel's face only inches from Lawrence's face. But you then cut to a wide shot where you see the Angel's arms outstretched, so its face is about half a metre away from Lawrence's face. (00:34:45)
Continuity mistake: When Mr. Copper is talking about how space-lane fraud could get him ten years in jail, the cut on his forehead changes sides, as does the panel behind him, revealing the shot to be flipped. (00:36:25)
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor grabs the rope there are several metres more behind him. But, as he's hoisted off the ground, he is almost at the end. (00:03:34)
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor and the housemates in the Big Brother house are watching TV, the brand name of the TV - Sony - appears in some wide shots, but is absent in other wide shots and all close-ups. (00:14:10)
Revealing mistake: While the Doctor and Clara visit the market in Akhaten, the rubber mask of one of the aliens they encounter is revealed, as the eyes of the actor wearing it are very much visible. (00:08:10)
Revealing mistake: At the end of the episode there is a side shot of the Doctor leaving the TARDIS in which you can see inside, but the control room isn't visible, just the side of the police box, with light from outside shining through the window. (00:38:00)
Continuity mistake: After the Doctor brings Amy onto the TARDIS, the material of the tweed jacket he's wearing is entirely different in the close-ups of the Doctor's hands, as he's fiddling with the gears on the panel. (00:59:45)

Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when the Doctor takes Amy to planet One, he holds out his hand for Amy to take hold of when they're about to leave the TARDIS. When you see her from the back, Amy lifts her hand wearing her red fingerless gloves. But when it switches shot and faces Amy from the front, she takes the Doctor's hand wearing no gloves. When she steps out of the TARDIS, her gloves are on again. (00:04:54)
The Bells of Saint John - S7-E8
Continuity mistake: When the Doctor rides the bike out of the TARDIS, visible in the background is the TARDIS with the door still open. In the very next shot, the door is closed. (00:28:47)
Chosen answer: The Master knows that deep down, he deserves death for the crimes that he's committed throughout his life, and since he regards The Doctor as his arch-foe, he expects it to be at his hands. The fact that The Doctor is still willing to forgive him after everything the Master's put him through hurts him more deeply than death would.
