Continuity mistake: Davros' chair has metal parts which go over his shoulders - they are attached to the chair, not Davros. When the Doctor steals Davros' chair they disappear, but when Davros is back in it they have reappeared.

Plot hole: In Night at the Museum 2, the parts of the tablet that are missing were attached to the gate to the underworld, which implies it was originally attached to that, and those parts were left behind when it was removed. But in this film we see the tablet getting found on the wall in Ahkmenrah's tomb, and the missing parts are left behind on the wall of the tomb.

Deep Breath - S8-E1

Continuity mistake: After Strax hits Clara with a newspaper she comes downstairs and he asks her if she needs anything. She asks for water and he places the bucket of mop water on the table in front of Clara. They have a conversation about the water and at the end of the conversation Clara looks at her newspaper and the bucket has disappeared from the table in front of her. Neither of them moved it. Continuity mistake: When Tommy collapses on the stage he is facing Carrie, but when Carrie tries to cradle Tommy, he is facing the backdrop.

Continuity mistake: The stain from Carrie's bloody hand on the PE teacher's skirt switches from a smudge in the shower room scene to a full hand-print stain in the principal's office. The stain is also higher on the skirt from where Carrie originally grabbed it.

Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the movie Margaret White gives birth to Carrie. She gets a pair of scissors out of a drawer and tries to stab Carrie in the face. When Carrie starts to cry Margaret picks her up and holds her near her face and the umbilical cord has disappeared. It was there before she picked Carrie up, and she never cut it.

Welcome to Storybrooke - S2-E17

Continuity mistake: Baelfire/Neal is in the diner and wraps his scarf around his neck while Emma walks over to him. Then the camera is on Emma and you can see Baelfire/Neal moving as he puts the scarf on. Seconds later the camera switches back to Baelfire/Neal and he wraps the scarf around his neck a second time. Continuity mistake: In the first movie the "Welcome to Silent Hill" sign is on the right. In this movie it's on the left.

Continuity mistake: During one of Elissa's phone calls with her mother the phone switches hands between shots without enough time for Elissa to have put the phone in her other hand. In one shot its in her left hand and in the next its in her right. I cant remember how far into the movie it is.

Alo - S6-E7

Continuity mistake: Series 6, episode 7: When Poppy and Alo are dancing in Poppy's house, halfway through the dance Alo's right hand is in the air and his left hand is in front of him, next shot his left hand is in the air and his right hand is in front of him.
