Enter 77 - S3-E11

Visible crew/equipment: When John looks through the binoculars at the start, it reflects 2 big white squares which, considering they are in the jungle looking at a blue/rust coloured building, it appears to be part of the filming equipment. Perhaps a light screen? (00:06:20)

Factual error: The computer says that John (black) has won via checkmate. But pay attention to the pieces. If the white bishop moves backwards 1 square, the King is out of Check. John has got Check, but not Checkmate. (00:28:00)

Enter 77 - S3-E11

Continuity mistake: When John is playing chess, we see him make a move, followed by the computer making a move. It's now John's move, but when he makes his move, all the pieces are in different positions. The screen is in shot all the time, and we don't see him make another move explaining the moved pieces. Factual error: The police officer introduces himself to Claire as "Officer" Barnes. In Australia, ordinary police officers hold the rank of Constable, not Officer. (00:06:10)

Par Avion - S3-E12

Continuity mistake: When Kate and Danielle are talking about Alex down by the river, in most shots Kate's hair is hanging down in front of her shoulder. But in one or two shots, her hair is behind her shoulder without her touching her hair or moving her head. (00:08:45)

Par Avion - S3-E12

Factual error: The neurosurgeon introduces himself as "Doctor" Woodruff and also has this written on his coat. In Australia, where this scene is set, surgeons are always addressed and referred to as "Mister" after the British fashion.

Suggested correction: We call them doctors as well in Australia, not Mr.

Exposé - S3-E14

Continuity mistake: When we see the case of money at the start, its contents are all neatly stored in the case. Just as the fighting kicks off, the money is now in disarray without being touched/hit. (00:01:40)

Exposé - S3-E14

Revealing mistake: When the crew member of Expose shouts "cut," a tape marker can be seen where he stands for the shot. This could be argued that the marker is from the TV show being filmed; however, the marker is used by someone not being filmed for the TV show. (00:02:10)

Left Behind - S3-E15

Character mistake: Kate's car is shown being towed, because, according to the tow-truck driver, "your fan belt is shot" The car in the scene is a 1988 to 1994 Buick Regal 2dr, which came with 2 engine options, a 3.1L and a 3.8l v6, both transversal engines. So, there could not be a "fan belt" on that car, as the pair of radiator fans on it were electrical. In any case, "your drive belt is shot" would have been the correct term to use, to describe the specific belt failure on that car. (00:02:19)

Left Behind - S3-E15

Continuity mistake: When Kate is riding in the tow truck, the amber hazard lights are flashing. As we see it pull into the garage, there is one shot from ground level where these lights are not flashing. (00:02:50)

House of the Rising Sun - S1-E6

[While fleeing from an angry swarm, Kate takes her shirt off as insects are trapped in it. Charlie later finds her and hands her the shirt she dropped with a questioning look.]
Kate: It was full of bees.
Charlie: [Looking at her chest.] I'd say more like C's.

Season 1 generally

Question: When Claire is pregnant with her baby, her belly looks very realistic. Does anyone know how they make it look so real?

Answer: Using a mold, a realistic pregnancy belly is made of latex (rubber), including the distinct belly button, to suit the proportions of Emilie de Ravin who plays Claire. It is then painted with a special paint/adhesive compound that adheres to the surface and for shots of the actual belly, additional veining and stretch marks are airbrushed on.
