Mr. Monk Is on the Run (2) - S6-E16
Continuity mistake: When Monk is at the hotel, a teenage girl comes in to clean up the room. While they are conversing, the subject of mysteries comes up and she goes out and gets the newspaper and places it in front of Monk on the table. They then talk a little more about it and Monk gestures with his hands for her to take the newspaper away and she then picks up the newspaper off the table and exits the room with it. During this entire sequence, you can see that Monk does not ever touch the newspaper. Later on, at the car wash, Mr. Monk sees a newly-painted red SUV that used to be silver colored. When recalling that the teenage girl said that they were looking for a silver SUV, it now shows Monk pushing the newspaper across the table towards the teenage girl even though he never touched it in the original scene. (00:15:30)
Mr. Monk Is on the Run (2) - S6-E16

However, one of the next camera shots shows the windowshield only with no hand at the top. Then a couple of camera shots later, Mr. Monk's right hand is now on the top of the dashboard. At the end of the sequence, his right hand is clutching the top middle portion of the front windshield again. (00:36:30)

The peeling that he is letting dangle from the orange changes from above the counter to touching the counter and back to above the the counter, depending on the shot.
Mr. Monk and the Really, Really Dead Guy - S5-E15
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Monk mistakes the plasma TV for a blackboard, he writes the words "BODY MOVED" on the screen. Initially, he writes the "B" with an extra long vertical stroke; the next time we see the text, the vertical stroke is of a normal length. The text reads "BODY MOVED" when Monk stops writing, but when the FBI agent walks over to the screen to try to wipe it off, it has changed to "BODY M".

Continuity mistake: Monk throws the bomb into the toilet and shuts the door, pulling it towards him. When we see him hit by the blast there's no door in the way, and in the reverse shot looking into the bathroom the door has swung open into the room again, despite the blast radiating outwards. Plus it should have destroyed the door anyway.

Mr. Monk Visits a Farm - S5-E14
Continuity mistake: In this episode, Randy says that his uncle left him a farm in his will. In the episode "Mr. Monk Gets Cabin Fever", Randy stated that all of his uncles are deceased. Kind of hard to be given a farm from a guy who's been dead since Season 3.
Suggested correction: Not necessarily, as in many cases when someone is trying to claim someone else's inheritance it can take years until such a case is finally resolved by a judge's ruling.
The point of the mistake is Randy said all his uncles are dead, but then later, Harvey Disher is alive. The farm wasn't in some probate court for years, Harvey had died the month before.
True. Obviously my bad! Thank you.
Mr. Monk and the Voodoo Curse - S8-E7
Continuity mistake: In this episode Natalie expresses she has a long deep fear of voodoo since Mitch was killed. But in the episode "Mr. Monk and the Wrong Man" (6-8), when Mr. Monk states that he thinks that the criminal is causing him pain using his tattoo with voodoo, Natalie responds to Monk saying "there is no such thing as voodoo."
