Continuity mistake: Niles and Frasier are looking at the file the detective made on Sherry. In one shot Niles has papers in both hands but in the next shot he only has them in one hand, and there was no time for him to change.

Continuity mistake: The brother Daphne identifies as Nigel is later Steven. Seeing as Steven is her favorite brother she wouldn't have mixed them up.
Sleeping with the Enemy - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: Kate is holding file folders in front of her chest and she asks Roz, "Is there a problem?" she then answers the question herself - "no" - and suddenly she is holding her files over her stomach, with no time to have done this naturally.
Continuity mistake: When Frasier and Martin are in the kitchen talking about Daphne's wedding gift, Marty is holding an open jar of beef jerky. In the middle of the scene, the lid is suddenly back on it, even though neither of them had time to do it.
Continuity mistake: In the 8th episode of season 11, "Murder Most Maris", Frasier claims to have been "punched in the face yesterday by a man now dead". When he says this, two nights have passed since the murder. The next day Niles panics at the café and then sleeps for 20 hours. This time Frasier claims he was punched in the face three days ago by a man now dead, when by now it has been at least four days.
Continuity mistake: Roz comes back to the restaurant table, after phoning her babysitter, and says, "I have to go". At this point her purse is over her wrist. As she finishes saying, "Alice got a bead up her nose", she is holding the purse by its strap. A few shots later it is over her wrist again, even though she never moved it.
Something Borrowed, Someone Blue (1) - S7-E23
Continuity mistake: Roz is on the phone with a guy, trying to set up a date for Daphne's wedding - in one shot her hand is on her little black book, and in the next it is in her lap, with no time for natural change.
You Scratch My Book... - S2-E15
Continuity mistake: Niles is looking through Honey's book and closes it with his finger holding his place as Frasier says "I skirt the issue". The next shot shows Niles with the book open at a different page, with no time for the change. (00:08:05)

Continuity mistake: Frasier is off to find Niles and he tells Martin to come with him. Marty puts his chair down as he says "I don't want to go to Niles'" - the shot changes and we see him lower the chair again. His coat in his lap also changes position between these two shots. (00:17:40)

Continuity mistake: In the opening scene Roz gives Daphne a little gift box. Daphne puts it on the coffee table to her right but during the scene it moves back and forth between that position and being in front of Roz.
Continuity mistake: Frasier is at the store trying to return the purse he bought for Roz - the saleswoman puts the purse into its box but the lid remains on the counter. In the next shot Samantha speaks to Frasier and we see the lid is suddenly on the box.
Continuity mistake: Bulldog is in the booth getting ready to start his show. In one shot he blows his horn and then puts it to the right on the console. In the next shot it is in his left hand, and then, presto, next shot it's back on the right console.
Continuity mistake: Marie and Frasier are sitting on the couch when Marty comes home, and her arms noticeably change position as the shot changes. Then, a few shots later, she has her hands on her legs above her knees, but in one quick shot her hands are wrapped around her knees - without enough time for her to have changed naturally.
Continuity mistake: Frasier comes home to find his sherry decanter empty and opens a bottle of wine, which he leaves on the kitchen counter. Niles arrives, wants sherry, and Frasier tells him there is none, saying, "I've opened some wine, help yourself." Niles grabsthe open bottle from the bar area, even though no one had put the bottle back - it should have still been on the kitchen counter.
Continuity mistake: Roz, Niles and Frazier are in Cafe Nervosa having coffee. Niles has his hand open against his cup while Roz is making a suggestive remark but in the next shot his hands are laced together on the table.
Continuity mistake: Niles is filming is father in his recliner, trying to record his life story for posterity. Marty fakes a heart attack or death - and lies back in his chair with his left arm by his side. In the next shot his arm is crooked up around his head, but with no time for him to have moved it.
