Revealing mistake: When the Cat gets jumped by the people in fancy dress, the red wall behind them wobbles. (00:17:50)
Continuity mistake: When Kochanski is banging on the pipes at the start of the episode, she is using her right hand. There is then a close up shot of the pipe and you can see she is using her left hand. (00:01:50)
Continuity mistake: When The Inquisitor attacks the crew in the lift, Kryten and the Cat go from crouching to standing stright up between camera angle switches. (00:18:25)
Revealing mistake: The square bluescreen outline can be seen in the wide shot of the obervation dome scene. (00:24:50)
Visible crew/equipment: When Lister sneaks in to switch Kryten's head, as the camera follows Lister and goes around past the wall, the shadow of the camera can be seen in the green light. (00:09:20)

Continuity mistake: At The End of the episode when the third Rimmer appears from inside the sink, the reflection of Lister on his bunk in the mirror shows he has a blanket over him. In the wide shot there is no blanket. (00:28:40)
Continuity mistake: The food dispenser in the drive room is now in the place that the door to the Captain's office was in the previous episodes. (00:16:15)
Continuity mistake: When Lister pulls Kryten through a doorway by his groinal attachment, Kryten's cigarette is in his left hand. When the shot changes, the cigarette is now in Kryten's right hand. (00:12:05)
Visible crew/equipment: After Rimmer faints after getting drunk, a boom mic shadow can be seen on the bedsheets. (00:15:45)
Terrorform - S5-E3
Continuity mistake: When the crew finds the charm gravestone, Kryten looks at the Cat. Then in the next shot, Kryten looks at the Cat again. (00:14:25)
Plot hole: Lister is not allowed any dangerous objects that he might try to commit suicide with, yet when he is with the canaries on their missions, he carries an assault rifle. The canaries aren't always supervised and it would be impossible for a guard to stop any of them putting a gun to their head and pulling the trigger. (00:05:05)
Continuity mistake: When the crew are backing away from Pete, the way they are standing changes between long shots and close ups. (00:26:10)
Revealing mistake: In the sleeping quarters, Rimmer turns on a swivel chair. This would be impossible as he is a hologram. 3.10. (00:03:10)
Suggested correction: As a hologram, this would also mean Rimmer could not touch or sit on the chair. The chair was likely a hologram as well, used to be operable by Rimmer. It has been shown before that Rimmer can still interact with other holographic objects.
