The One Where Rachel Has a Baby, part 1 - S8-E23

Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when Rachel first arrives at the hospital, she is talking about the hospital not being out of rooms. She points to herself with her right hand saying 'What if I was the president?' Then when the shot changes to include Ross she is pointing to herself with her left hand, then it cuts back to just Rachel and she is using her right hand again. (00:01:25)

The One With The Halloween Party - S8-E6

Factual error: This show is set in October (it's a Halloween party). Rachel's stomach is completely flat, but according to the show, she got pregnant in April (It's stated several times by the characters on the show that Monica and Chandler's wedding was in May, and we learn in "The One With The Red Sweater" that she got pregnant a month before the wedding. Hence, April). However, by October she should have a six months' pregnant belly, which is no way resembles the perfectly flat belly she shows.

Suggested correction: The bin for the diapers is near the vase, and she glances at that before throwing the diaper.

The One With The Triplets - S5-E3

The One with the Fake Monica - S1-E21

Continuity mistake: When Monica, the fake Monica and Rachel are in the girls' apartment talking about the two Monicas auditioning for CATS, Monica (real) has a baguette and a bowl of sandwich filler on the table. In one shot of all three of them, she opens the baguette and starts filling it, then the camera goes in for a close-up of the real Monica and she opens the same baguette and starts filling it again. The One with the Ick Factor - S1-E22

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Chandler and Phoebe come into the coffee house from Phoebe's first day as his secretary, Phoebe makes no discernible effort to order - but after Chandler says it pays to know the man who wears his shoes the shot cuts to her holding a large latte cup which was not visible earlier in the scene. The One With Ross's Wedding, part 2 - S4-E24

Other mistake: As the wedding begins, the first bridesmaid, Felicity, walks down the aisle with a man. He is not part of the wedding party but is wearing the same attire as the best men. He is not seen again throughout the wedding. The only two men in the wedding party are Joey and Chandler. (00:38:20)

The One With Chandler In A Box - S4-E8

Monica: Fine, judge all you want to, but [to Ross] married a lesbian, [to Rachel] left a man at the altar, [to Phoebe] fell in love with a gay ice dancer, [to Joey] threw a girl's wooden leg in a fire, [to Chandler] LIVING IN A BOX!

The One With The Dirty Girl - S4-E6

Question: When Joey asks why he can't give Kathy the pen, Chandler says, "Because she's not eleven. And it's not the seventh night of Chanukah." What is Chandler talking about when he says, "It's not the seventh night of Chanukah?"

Answer: Usually by the seventh night of Hanukkah you don't know what to get the other person, and you will probably resort to getting the other person something insignificant. Chandler is basically saying that the pen is a stupid gift.

Answer: Chanukah is a Jewish celebration that occurs around the same time as the Christian Christmas. The celebration lasts for eight days and it is customary to give a small gift on each of the eight days. There is no special gift required and the line about it being "the seventh night" of Chanukah is just Chandler's sarcasm.
