Other mistake: Nakanishi is giving orders from behind, where, according to the commentator, he has a clear view of all the players. We then have a quasi-POV shot, and due to the peculiar perspective choices of this anime, we can see that from Nakanishi's spot he sees basically nobody, since the players disappear past the horizon. Other mistake: In the first minutes, some events of the previous episode are repeated and certain lines (Misaki's first, about Furano) are different - Teppei Kisugi's group arrives earlier, too.
Continuity mistake: Commenting on Izawa's goal with the coach, Roberto Hongo has for some reason a big afro; his hair is almost doubled in size. (00:06:10)
Continuity mistake: In an act of murderous unsportmanship, Nakanishi damages the pitch trying to smash Tsubasa's leg. The pitch is pristine in the next shot though. (00:09:10)
Continuity mistake: Wakashimazu (not yet revealed) is watching the end of the match on TV. His travel bag is on the right shoulder, as opposed to the previous episode, but gets back on the left side in the next shot. (00:10:00)
Continuity mistake: Urabe is commenting on Musashi's number 9 being dangerous. There is a man behind Ishizaki, with glasses and a blue hat. He's shorter than the shortest in the kids' group, but later in a wider view he's quite tall. (00:15:15)
