Deliberate mistake: After entering the Tower of Cirith Ungol, Sam runs down a passageway and looks up and in the next shot he starts to run up the stairs. These two shots are flipped as things on his body are backwards. (02:20:10)

Peter Pan (2003)
Deliberate mistake: The shot just after Smee jumps overboard, is a close-up of Peter's hand twirling his sword in mid-air and grasping the hilt with his left hand. It's not really his left hand though, this shot is flipped. (01:24:50)
22nd Jun 2004
Peter Pan (2003)
Deliberate mistake: After Peter says, "We can't both have her lady," he shuts the window from the outside and the bottom pane is placed on the outside of the top stained glass pane. This is obviously done specifically for this shot so Peter would be able to shut the window and try to keep the Darlings from opening it. However, in the next shot as the Darlings succeed in opening the 'stuck' window, the bottom pane is on the inside of the top stained glass pane. (00:02:05 - 00:58:45)

Blind Date (1987)
Deliberate mistake: David and Walter start to fight in the bedroom at the home of the party. In the next shot as they have locked onto each other, they crash through the glass doors and as they reach the banister they actually let go of each other, face outward and do a lovely professional stunt double flip. In the next shot, the stunt men crash onto the table and in the last shot it's back to the actors again. (00:55:00)

Blind Date (1987)
Deliberate mistake: David climbs over the balcony and starts to climb down the trellis. In the wide shot the stuntman for John Larroquette is blatantly obvious. (01:20:15)

Blind Date (1987)
Deliberate mistake: When Walter falls from the banister, it's very apparent that a stuntman takes the fall for Bruce Willis. (01:21:50)
21st Jun 2004
Peter Pan (2003)
Deliberate mistake: Hook tells Peter, "She'd rather grow up than stay with you," and we see that this next wide shot is flipped, note the hook on the left hand. Also, as Hook smacks Peter across his face and sends Peter hurling into the rigging with a bleeding forehead, dramatic as that is Hook doesn't even make contact with Peter in the shot. (01:26:25)

Peter Pan (2003)

Deliberate mistake: John yells, "I've got it! I've got it!" jumps onto his bed and we see the length of John's one blanket, mattress and bed frame near the other furniture. In the next two shots as John runs across his bed, the blanket at the foot of the bed is not only pulled all the way out, using what hung over the foot of the mattress in the previous shot, but another blanket is added for extra length. Most blatantly apparent is the span of this mattress and bed frame, to increase the running distance, in relation to the furniture around it. (00:21:35)

The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003)
Deliberate mistake: Just before Frodo and Sam fall to the ground on the slopes of Mount Doom, there is a close-up of Sam's feet, then a shot of Frodo and Sam climbing up the rocky surface. This shot is obviously flipped, as Sting is at Sam's left side normally. (02:31:00)
30th May 2004
Blind Date (1987)
Deliberate mistake: While driving on the freeway, Nadia causes Walter to swerve the car and in the exterior wide shot it's not Bruce Willis driving the car. (00:33:35)

Shampoo (1975)
Deliberate mistake: As George is speeding after Jackie on his motorcycle, in some of the shots as he rides past the camera it's apparent that it is not Warren Beatty in these shots but a stunt double, unlike other shots where it is Warren on the motorcycle. (01:42:20)

28 Days (2000)
Deliberate mistake: When the limo driven by Gwen (Sandra Bullock) runs over the white picket fencing it's not Sandra's face behind the wheel in the exterior shots. Also, when Gwen runs over the short white picket fencing, in the interior shot from the car the corner of an 'L' shape fence is being hit, then in the front exterior shot the end of a smaller fence is hit. This is cut from a longer sequence, the smaller fencing is seen way in the distance in the first shot. (00:07:45)
Deliberate mistake: Not only is the angle of the moonlight that shines through Jack's prison cell window intentionally exaggerated to enhance the shots with Jack, doggy, Koehler and Twigg, but in relevant shots, the moonlight is not seen coming through the window or the broken wall. Nor is it reflected on the floor outside the cells or in the cell next to Jack, particularly in the shots from the dog's POV looking up the corridor towards Jack. (00:36:00)
Deliberate mistake: During the pirates' attack on Port Royal, when they go about cutting and slicing, it is very obvious many times, especially in close-ups, that fists, weapons, etc., do not make contact, and the victims usually have a delayed reaction or react before actually being hit. This type of thing occurs numerous times aboard Interceptor, on Tortuga, and Isla de Muerta. (00:31:20)

Just Married (2003)
Deliberate mistake: After dropping Sarah off at her parents' house, Tom deliberately smashes the flower pots with his car, as he drives away. It's very apparent that it's not Ashton Kutcher driving the car in these shots. (00:02:55)

Just Married (2003)
Deliberate mistake: When Sarah is hit in the head with the football thrown by Tom, she slams down on her backside onto the beach. It is very apparent that it isn't Brittany Murphy taking the fall. (00:06:40)
19th Apr 2004
Just Married (2003)
Deliberate mistake: When Sarah steps off the escalator and is slammed by the luggage cart, she topples to the floor. It is very obvious that it's not Brittany Murphy taking that fall. (00:01:40)
19th Apr 2004
Just Married (2003)
Deliberate mistake: When the blue car backs up and pushes Tom and Sarah's compact over the cliff, in the close-up the woman is seen, but in the next shot it is very obviously not that woman driving away. (00:47:50)
18th Feb 2004
The Philadelphia Experiment (1984)
Deliberate mistake: As David runs from the MPs in the restaurant, he jumps off the balcony onto the bar below. It is very obvious that it's the stunt double for Michael Pare doing the jump. (00:45:35)
