Character mistake: When Jack is tending bar, the one woman states margaritas don't include tequila, when it's the primary liquor.
Suggested correction: This is from s02e10, "Stanley Casanova." However, she doesn't say margarita, she says daiquiri, which is what Jack made with tequila. Daiquiris don't contain tequila but typically rum.

The Legend - S1-E11
Other mistake: During close-ups of the kids, Maryellen is the only one of the girls wearing very visible eyeliner and mascara, that weren't apparent in earlier episodes.
Revealing mistake: When Lestat bites Louis for the 3rd time at the gazebo, Lestat raises his arm to allow his blood to drip into Louis' mouth. A metal looking thing is visible inside Lestat's wrist, indicating that's probably a prop arm.

Character mistake: Brass tells Dream (pleasure services girl) that whacking 'Happy Morales' with a tire iron - which contributed to his death - is open grounds for assault and murder-1 on her. When it was purely a self-defense act, that any of the girls would have taken against a psychotic, oversexualized maniac, in such sexual assault. Whether it be a tire iron, or other heavy-duty object to dispel a perp.

Continuity mistake: When Doug goes to rescue his baby daughter from the kidnapper's bed, he creeps past the living room to see a bald matron watching TV and combing a wig. Then after he grabs his baby, and creeps past the living room, the bald matron is still sitting and combing the wig. But 5-seconds later, when he gets a few feet down the same hallway, that matron suddenly appears out of nowhere and attacks him.

Other mistake: When the kid Billy is recounting the murder scene, he states the killer grabbed a cookie from within the cow cookie jar. When Katherine lifts the lid afterwards, we see bloody fingerprints up inside the top, instead of on the lid. Indicating the killer had to have carelessly reached inside the cookie jar with his fingertips, which would have been impossible.
Revealing mistake: When LeStat is playing the piano, his lax movements do not match the vigorous tune that's being played.
Revealing mistake: Tom Cruise's real teeth are just visible behind his LeStat vampire teeth, when he raises his head back to laugh at Louis.

Factual error: Pete died in 1984. Yet mentions the movie 'Ghost' with Patrick Swayze which released in 1990.
Suggested correction: It is established that the ghosts have watched television, listened to the radio, smelled pizza/pepperoni, etc. It's not impossible that Pete saw Ghost on TV.
While they do watch television now, it's unlikely that Sophie watched "Ghost" and that Pete saw it alone. The reply from others was "you know we don't know what that is" and he said "oh, right the movie thing." Which was a call back to earlier when Trevor was trying to explain who Tara Reid was and the older ghosts had a hard time knowing or remembering what a movie was.

Character mistake: When the gang is watering the horses, Chris walks over to meet Mary's man friend (whom she introduces as an old friend of the family) and the mystery man tells Chris that he'd proposed to Mary long before 'Frank' when Mary's late husband was Steve.

Revealing mistake: When the elder Indian (Native American) with the black hat steps out of the yellow car at the beginning, and says hi to the shop owner, then Hi to the wooden Indian chief. You can see the Indian chief move slightly, indicating it is not a wooden statue, but a real person under the getup. (00:04:52)
Suggested correction: The scene where he moves is intentional. In fact, Old Chief Wood'nhead is played by Dan Kamin, and he moves a lot more later on.
Suggested correction: He does give a shocked look when he sees the statue move its head a bit.
16th May 2022
Factual error: Occasionally one of the characters will make a key reference to some film or other cultural event that took place in 1989 or later. Like the neighbor stating she saw Ghost, which came out in 1990.

Other mistake: When the CSIs arrive to take in the accident scene from the Pharoah's Fury rollercoaster, the victims are covered in associated wounds and blood, from such a derailing accident. Yet no brain matter seen anywhere. When in a prior take, two of the rail cars had crashed face down into parked cars and pavement. While two other victims were thrown from railcars while in midair.
