Where the Heart Is (1) - S2-E6
Factual error: During the arrival at Beacon Hill, Colleen tells the girls during tea that the streets in Colorado Springs are all dirt, not the cobblestones as corrected by one of the girls (when Colleen referred to the Boston streets as rocks). When, in fact, several road scenes around Boston in several scenes are dirt or dried mud.

Factual error: Horace catches the ball during the first half of the final competition as Otis approaches 4th base/pitcher's mound, which outs him automatically yet Michaela nor the team call it.
Suggested correction: He was out. It was obvious that he was out when Quinn said he caught it. There would be no point in having to call him out. Otis is then seen telling his players to return to their bases because they could be tagged out. But he doesn't bother going anywhere because even he knew he was out. And we do see the players get called out.

Factual error: In the later seasons (4-6) all the characters keep referring to their location as 'Colorado Springs' instead of just stating 'here'. Example: "I told him to stay in Colorado Springs" instead of just stating "I told him to stay HERE"

Factual error: Near the end, when Horace is delivering Lincoln's Declaration speech, Mike and Sully are talking, you can see their breath. Indicating this was shot during the winter, when it's supposed to be July 4th Independence Day.

Factual error: Considering it is the Depression, it is highly unlikely that the family would have any electricity in The House. With maybe the exception of a lamp or two, as rural folk typically didn't have such accommodations in 1930. Yet every room has some form of fancy lighting display.

Lisa's Song - S3-E14
Factual error: Doris finds out that Gypsy Queen "Lisa" died from influenza around 1918, so she didn't get to star in her performance. However, when Doris and Lisa's ghost are singing their duet later, Lisa's hair and costume are 1980s style, instead of the era she died.

Helen's Job - S2-E13
Factual error: After Mr. Roper stirs Jack's batter, Jack pours it into the cake pan and then opens the oven, leaving plenty of batter residue inside the mixing bowl, which a professional chef student would never do.

Factual error: Pete died in 1984. Yet mentions the movie 'Ghost' with Patrick Swayze which released in 1990.
Suggested correction: It is established that the ghosts have watched television, listened to the radio, smelled pizza/pepperoni, etc. It's not impossible that Pete saw Ghost on TV.
While they do watch television now, it's unlikely that Sophie watched "Ghost" and that Pete saw it alone. The reply from others was "you know we don't know what that is" and he said "oh, right the movie thing." Which was a call back to earlier when Trevor was trying to explain who Tara Reid was and the older ghosts had a hard time knowing or remembering what a movie was.
16th May 2022
Factual error: Occasionally one of the characters will make a key reference to some film or other cultural event that took place in 1989 or later. Like the neighbor stating she saw Ghost, which came out in 1990.

Factual error: When the door slamming cuts off Emery's fingertips, there's just bloody stumps with dried blood left when blood should be spurting out.

Factual error: After the giant egg 'cracks' open on the ground below, Atouk and his men move in for a closer look, and then begin eating the contents. Seconds later the black caveman slips and falls into the "yolk" and then begins dancing around as they cheer him on. When in fact, the boiling steam would've burned him.

The Murder's in the Mail - S1-E6
Factual error: Dead blonde guy is sitting upright in the chair, as Dave/Maddie close in, and Maddie realises he isn't moving. David goes to him and smacks him across the shoulder, to "wake him up" and blonde dead guy, right on cue, instantly slumps over a table at his right side, when the direction that David hit his shoulder, should have sent the dead guy slumping more forward, then at the front edge of the table. Obviously staged for the actor's comfort.

Factual error: After the 3rd twister knocks down Dorothy, spilling the micro balls on the pavement, Jo yells at Bill to stop the truck so she can gather them up, Bill grabs at her to stop, calling her obsessed over something that happened when she was a child. The camera then zooms in on the truck CB radio airing their conversation live. Which would be impossible considering that type of old school handheld receiver requires a human finger depressed over the button to talk.
