Continuity mistake: When Michael Douglas' wife stabs the kidnapper in the chest during their fight in the apartment, she stabs him with the knitting needle in his right lung. The next shot shows them lying on the floor with the needle stabbed directly into his heart on the left side of his chest.

Continuity mistake: A policeman takes the dog tag from Hannibal's first victim's mouth (the one tied to the tree) with his bare right hand. Cut to a shot of him getting up and a glove has appeared. The camera has been on him so he has had no time to put on his gloves. (01:03:40)

Visible crew/equipment: At the end of the wedding party scene, when the Scott shrugs off the English soldier who is taking his wife, you can see a spotlight covered with a blue tarp, behind his head. (00:23:55)

Continuity mistake: When Brittany Murphy writes down the number on the glass she writes it backwards because that's how she sees it in her mind. Watch closely, though, and you'll see a perfectly normal 2 which isn't written as a mirror image of 5. Later, when Michael Douglas realizes this catch, he looks at the piece of glass again, this time from the other side, and the 2 has turned into a 5, which apparently was written in a different style. Continuity mistake: In the prison cell scene, after Princess Isabelle enters the cell and the jailor leaves, the jailor leaves the cell door half closed. The camera moves to William again then back to Princess Isabelle and the door is now fully open. (02:28:45)

Continuity mistake: When Bridget von Hammersmark is in the pub, and the SS Officers are offering them a 33-year-old whiskey, you can see that the beer foam in the glass on the table is changing between the shots.

Visible crew/equipment: Season 6, episode 7 "Hammer Down": Just after Mac and Ray have finished briefing the other officers as they are about to begin a chase, there is an actor's red T-mark on the floor, visible just as the officers begin to walk towards the scene.

Continuity mistake: During the cattle drive Nullah starts out by riding a Skewbald (brown and white) horse but in subsequent shots the horse is Piebald (black and white). In later scenes the horse remains Piebald but the pattern of the markings changes between shots indicating that the pony was actually grey.

Continuity mistake: As Mr. Fletcher is riding up on horseback to greet Lady Ashley, you can see him riding up next to a parked, red truck, that has the front end pointed away from the house. Keep an eye on that truck, because it will have the front end pointing towards the house, as Fletcher gets closer to Lady Ashley. (00:27:50)

Continuity mistake: At the very beginning, as Ana is running away with the Nano warheads with Duke following, she is first holding the case in her right hand. Cut to a shot in front of her and the case is now in her left hand. It is back in her right hand in the next shot. (00:12:10)

Continuity mistake: After the Hummer crashes into the train during the chase in Paris, Ana crawls out of the wreck. The right side of her face is covered in streaks of blood. Seconds later, as she runs into the balloon guy, her face is spotless. The blood returns when Ana enters the glass elevator. (01:03:15)

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Edward and Billy pass each other in their cars and glare at each other, as Edward is pulling away in this shot you can catch a glimpse of the tops of the crew's heads reflected in his back window. (00:59:40)

Continuity mistake: After Nero learns that Spock has stolen the ship and destroyed the drill, the tip of his left ear is missing and his right ear is whole. In all other scenes, the tip of the right ear is missing. (01:44:50)

Continuity mistake: When Bella enters Biology class and talks to Eric about the prom, she starts to walk, then pauses to look across the room towards Edward. In this shot, the Armadillo is not on the shelf, only what looks like a peice of paper is hanging there. The Armadillo appears on the shelf only after she has sat down at her desk and Edward moves the microscope towards Bella saying, "Ladies first". (00:16:45)
