Continuity mistake: Just after Briseis leaves with Paris, Achilles falls over and dies on the grass in a close-up. The position of Achilles and also the arrows on the grass differ between this shot and the following aerial shot. To be precise regarding Achilles, in the close-up: 1. He is much farther from the stone, behind his head, that surrounds the grass, than in the aerial shot, where it is quite close to the stone. 2. His left arm is outstretched upwards towards the stone, and his hand is near the stone behind him, whereas in the aerial shot his left arm is downwardly outstretched. 3. His left knee (the leg with the arrow) is bent more (even visible as he falls over on the grass) than in the aerial shot, where that leg is straighter. (02:30:50)

Revealing mistake: As the vast army of Greeks approach the shores of Troy, there is a close-up of Eudorus' legs as he makes his way to Achilles at the bow of the ship. As he walks, the very thick rubber soles with lovely, intricate, modern treads are perfectly visible on his old fashioned sandals with each step that he takes. Countless times the treads are actually identical on different character's sandal's soles. (00:35:55)

Continuity mistake: In the morning, while Achilles watches Briseis sleep, her arm extends way over the edge of the bed in the wide shots facing her, yet in the shots facing the doorway her position differs and even her hand doesn't reach the edge of the bed. (01:33:05)

Continuity mistake: When Boagrius throws the first spear at Achilles, it hits Achilles' distinctive shaped shield. Continuity mistake: When Hector tries to stop Helen from running away at night, her hair keeps changing; one can see in her "back" shots, sometimes her hair is completely down, and other times her hair has two twists in it. Continuity mistake: In the street scene where the campaigning car passes by, Bob's shoes turn from black to brown after he crosses the street. (01:14:05)

Continuity mistake: When Anakin and Padmé embrace outside the moisture farm, there's a dark, round spot in the sand next to them, that wasn't there in the previous shot of Anakin. Anakin can't have been standing on it in the previous shot, because he is standing about one metre away from the position of the spot in both shots (watch his shadow, it is in the same position in both shots). Trivia: Director George A. Romero appears as the bearded man who accompanies Dr. Chilton and two guards to escort Clarice out after she sneaks in to see Dr. Lector.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jack Crawford and Clarice are examining the dead body in Elk River, the substance they apply under their nostrils changes in shape and amount applied. (00:42:20 - 00:46:05)

Continuity mistake: At Chicago, when Crawford and his team are about to break in to the empty house, the red ribbon on the flower box covers both the lid and the box when the agent takes it out of his car. When he rings the bell, the ribbon only covers the lid.

Trivia: Actress Vanessa Morley, who plays Samantha Mulder in the series, makes a cameo as an agent walking past Mulder and Scully at the headquarters.

Continuity mistake: When the FBI are searching the office, Dacyshyn walks out, sees Mulder, drops the donor bag and runs with Mulder and Agent Whitney in pursuit. The donor bag is rear-facing when he drops it, but in the close-up it's front-facing to show the words "human organ for transplant", and its straps positions also change between all shots. Continuity mistake: In the very beginning, when Crawford calls Clarice in to talk about interviewing Hannibal, his left shirt collar is over his vest. Two shots later, the same collar is under the vest. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: When they find out Lecter is on the elevator, they look down the shaft at him and there is quite a lot of blood on his back, so much that it even reaches down to his belt. However when they open the elevator shaft and the body falls down, there is only a small amount of blood on his back. (01:23:40 - 01:24:50)

Continuity mistake: When Clarice tries to push up the blocked door of the self storage container she puts her gloves on her lap. In the next scene the gloves have disappeared. (00:24:15)

Continuity mistake: When Brad Pitt gets up from bed, Gwyneth has a light colored blanket over her. When Pitt is dressing in front of the mirror, the reflection shows that Gwyneth now has a dark colored cloth over her body. This dark cloth disappears when Pitt picks up the phone.
