Continuity mistake: House is about to inject Ezra Powell (Joel Grey) with what is supposedly a lethal dose of morphine. In the shots where they pan out to show House addressing the room at large, the syringe is very full, almost completely. When they zoom in on House holding the syringe, it is only filled a fraction of that much - maybe a quarter to a third. This doesn't happen just once, but every time they switch between shots.

Continuity mistake: Elise, the patient, goes into a coma. The various tubes connected to her are on the left side of her head in shots from the side and are underneath her chin in other shots. (00:28:20)

Continuity mistake: Foreman is doing a sonogram of Mary's brain. As she comes out of her absent seizure Foreman's probe jumps from the left side of Mary's head to her right.

Continuity mistake: When Bruce is thrown out the door by Falcone's thugs, he lands next to a white pavement stripe. In the next shot, he is much closer to the end of the stripe than in the previous shot. (00:29:20)

Continuity mistake: When Woody rides Bullseye for the first time, they ride past the cardboard box and the front flap is up. Then when Bulleyes goes to get Stinky pete out of the box, the front flap is now down. Then when Bulleyes turns Pete's box around, the flap is up again. (00:21:00)

Continuity mistake: As Lupin restrains Harry from following Sirius into the Death Arch, the wand in Lupin's right hand alternates from pointing down to pointing up, then down again.

Continuity mistake: In the Gryffindor Common Room, when Hermione and Ron sit down beside Harry in the first shot, Hermione's left shirt ribbon hangs over her shoulder under her hair. When it cuts to the front shot, as she sees Harry's hand, that ribbon hangs properly down the front of her shirt. (00:39:10)

Continuity mistake: When Castle gets back from helping Alexis with her friend and thanks Beckett for taking care of Fagan (Alexis' egg), just after her line, "Yeah well, he was easy. He didn't even fuss when I put him to bed", Ryan and Esposito come in and Ryan is holding a missing persons poster of Elizabeth McGinty. As soon as they walk in, Ryan is holding the poster with the front facing the camera. But two shots later he is holding it with the back facing the camera.

Continuity mistake: After the core is removed from Whiplash during the race scene, a stream of blood visibly trails from the corner of his mouth. The shot changes to him spitting and the blood is gone. The shot changes again and it reappears. (00:37:05)

Continuity mistake: In the second scene, when Cobb is taken to Saito (Old Man), Cobb's totem is kept on the table with the longer end down. But as the PoV changes to Saito's, the totem keeps changing position with the shorter end down. This happens at least four times. (00:01:45)

Continuity mistake: On his last pizza delivery before he gets fired, when it first cuts to the receptionist and the room that she is in, the clock is very high up in this shot, above the receptionist's head, then in the following shot when the receptionist is looking in Peter's direction, the clock is much lower. Continuity mistake: In the scene where Whiplash is talking on the phone with Tony, you can see fresh blood running down his hand, but when it goes to the close up of him, the blood is wiped off and there is only a stain. (01:31:00)
