Other mistake: When the Jeep crashes and John gets out, he sits on the ground behind the vehicle and picks up a shard of glass that's supposed to be from the vehicle accident. Given that all the glass on the jeep shows to be intact, the glass couldn't have come from the Jeep as insinuated by the audio and placement of the shard.

The Happening (2008)
Suggested correction: The windshield broke when the Jeep crashed into the tree and the driver was thrown through it. So the glass of the Jeep is not all intact. That being said, the shard John picked up was a long way away from where the windshield broke.

Parasite (2019)
Corrected entry: The father and both siblings stealthily escape from underneath the table in the living room. They are all barefoot and have only the clothes on their backs. When they escape into the night they are all wearing sturdy shoes. (01:31:50)
Correction: Koreans leave their shoes at the entrance. They were probably there and took them out of camera, so it's definitely not something that could be considered a mistake but rather a custom of their culture.

Parasite (2019)
Corrected entry: The landscape bonsai is a very heavy rock. When the apartment floods the rock floats to the surface. (01:37:25)
Correction: You missed the point of the scene. The rock floating implies it's a fake reproduction. It was never real. It's kind of a microcosm of the whole story. It's supposed to bring good luck and wealth, but it's hollow and fake. Just as the Kim family's attempts to move upward and find wealth via the Park family ends up backfiring and meaning nothing in the end because it all goes to hell. (SPOILERS: The fact it's a fake also helps explain why it doesn't kill Ki-Woo when he's beaten over the head with it).
Oh. OK. But then why when it is originally found it is at the bottom of the water and not floating? At least that is what I remember. I could be wrong.
Simple answer: It's much more cinematic for it to be underwater and then rise to the top, revealing it in a dramatic way. It gives the reveal of it being a fake more impact. If he just randomly saw it floating, the moment wouldn't work as well. (But I'm sure you could also make an argument that it's being pushed around by all the debris floating around, the current in the water, etc. and it got pulled under for a few seconds).
I agree with you, but up to a point. I was referring to the fact that when he first got the rock he got it from the water and he got it from the bottom. Or am I remembering it wrong?
The mistake is 'deliberate' by account, because, quoting a page that is based on what the actor playing the son says; "In the script, the rock didn't originally float," Choi recalls. "But when we were shooting, director Bong was like, 'You know, I think it would be better if the stone floats up through the water.' I remember thinking, 'Whoa. What?' ", On the other hand, I wouldn't really extend this alleged bit of symbolism in one shot, to infer properties of the rock on other than that single scene; the rock has always been presented and described as heavy, and not the foam prop that it is, and if it were hollow the characters would have noticed and made it apparent earlier. Not even the director and commentators of this particular bit support this. As you say later in the discussion, it's just "more cinematic" to do so but it I don't believe there is reason to paint it as a reveal. Therefore I'd say this should not be corrected but rather changed as 'Deliberate mistake".
I'll agree with this. Thanks, Sammo.

Terminator: Dark Fate (2019)
Corrected entry: When Grace steals the pickup, she smashes the lock to jump start the vehicle. Later, when Grace is temporarily incapacitated, Daniela gets behind the wheel and turns the lock to start the vehicle as if it were still there.
Correction: The car you mentioned was destroyed killing Dani's brother. At that point they are using Sarah's car that they stole from her. You can even see the keys still on the ignition switch.
I must have missed that. OK.

Rim of the World (2019)
Other mistake: The girl turns on all generators in the basement of the JPL building. Yet there is no power to the basement where she is. Just flashes of light, highlighting the suspense. There is power everywhere else. (01:23:10)
Suggested correction: The building is severely damaged. There could be several reasons why the power in the basement isn't working.
You have a point. Thanks.

Jessica Jones (2015)
Corrected entry: Trish gets into a fight at a NY State Court, and during the fight she breaks a gun into pieces. Yet a few moments before she could not break a chain to free herself. You would think that gun steel is harder to break than a chain. (00:43:50)
Correction: She doesn't "break it into pieces", she simply ejects the round from the chamber and the magazine so her opponent can't use it again easily, then throws it aside.
Got it. My bad.

When in Rome - S1-E3
Character mistake: Nobody in this scene knows how to dance the tango that is playing. (00:16:35)

Unbreakable (2000)
Character mistake: Various newspaper clippings are shown on the wall. There is one apparently in Italian saying "130 muore en aeroplano accidente." If this were Italian it would read: "130 muoiono in un incidente aereo." If instead it is Spanish it should read "130 mueren en accidente aereo." (01:40:00)
Suggested correction: Both the text in the film and the corrected text are technically correct. It's not a mistake.
The text in the film is grammatically incorrect. "Muore" is singular and would not be used for 130 people. Also, accident in Italian is incidente. Third, even if it were to be accidente, it would be "accidente di aeroplano." The text in the movie is reversed.

Mission: Impossible - Fallout (2018)
Corrected entry: The helicopters seen in the HOA campground have US registrations. The place is supposed to be India. (01:49:45)
Correction: Helicopters can be transported to different countries, as made evident by the fact the scenes were filmed in Norway with US registered helicopters.
I agree with you. But considering the helicopter was supposed to be owned by a foreign oligarch, they should have made it look like it was of the appropriate foreign registry. Other programs do this.
