Continuity mistake: When Jennifer comes into work the next day after her dinner date with Dick, her face is covered in hives from an allergic reaction. Later when Dick interrupts her choral group, the hives on her face have disappeared. She and Dick are wearing the same clothes in both scenes, so she couldn't have overcome such a reaction in such a short amount of time. (00:12:30 - 00:15:00)

Continuity mistake: When Drake sneaks up on Steve while he is urinating on the tree, he turns Steve around, and as happens in many films when someone is interrupted while urinating, his genitals are magically back in his pants. You can then hear Steve urinate on the ground a couple times as Drake continues to intimidate him, which wouldn't be possible if his genitals were back in his pants.

Continuity mistake: Dick's plot in this episode is that he learns about the concept of tipping. However, the season 3 episode "Eleven Angry Men and One Dick" showed that Dick was already familiar with the concept of tipping when he tipped a bailiff during a jury selection process.

Continuity mistake: When Hans Landa first approaches Bridget von Hammersmark in the theater, he is shown to be walking right up to her, as evidenced by the shot of his right foot being shown to be mere inches away from her left leg. When the shot changes to a medium shot of von Hammersmark saying "Colonel Landa, it's been years," Landa is suddenly out of shot, whereas the proximity of his feet to von Hammersmark's suggests he should have been visible in the medium shot. Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose - S3-E4
Continuity mistake: Clyde Bruckman commits suicide by placing a plastic bag over his head until he asphyxiates. However, when Mulder and Scully first discover him you can see in the shot just before Scully holds his hands that there is no plastic bag around his head (may only be visible in widescreen format). Continuity mistake: When Gambit places Bella Donna's ring on the ground, she is nowhere around it. When the shot changes, the ring is suddenly right next to her. Note: this mistake may only apply to the DVD version of the episode, as the version of the episode on Disney+ does have Bella Donna there when Gambit sets the ring down. (00:18:50)

Continuity mistake: When Gambit is looking at himself in the mirror while wearing a tuxedo, you can see in his reflection that he is barehanded. In the next shot when he removes the tuxedo, he is wearing his usual black gloves. Also, the rose on the tuxedo goes from being on his right side (reflection's left) to being on his left side just before he removes the tuxedo. (00:13:15)

Continuity mistake: In the first establishing shot of the Assassins Guild's mansion, there is a stairway leading up to the front door. In the establishing shot of the mansion in the scene where Gambit is in Bella Donna's bedroom, the stairway is missing, and consequently the mansion's porch area isn't as high off the ground.
