Ratatouille (2007)
1 audio problem - chronological order
Directed by: Brad Bird, Jan Pinkava
Starring: Ian Holm, Peter O'Toole, Brian Dennehy, Janeane Garofalo, John Ratzenberger, Patton Oswalt, Lou Romano
Continuity mistake: When Remy and Emile are cooking the mushroom on the roof, notice that the mushroom is skewered on the antenna. When Remy and Emile are hit by lightning and sent careening off the roof, the mushroom is instantly on a stick in Remy's hand, instead of the antenna. It could've been sent flying by the lightning bolt, but even if it was, there was no stick in the previous shot for it to have ended up on. (00:07:50)

Trivia: When Skinner stops chasing Remy, a mime artist is visible in the background. This man is none other than Bomb Voyage, a character from The Incredibles, Pixar's previous production. (01:17:30)

Chosen answer: This is a legend, which states that the number of pleats on a chef's hat (or toque) represents the number of ways that they know how to prepare an egg. There's certainly no evidence that it's actually true - it would be highly impractical if it were, requiring a chef to get a replacement every time they learned a new method. Regardless, many toques are made with exactly 100 pleats, supposedly based on the idea that there are 100 ways to prepare an egg, however, chefs wear them regardless of their culinary skill in that department.
