Revealing mistake: When Bjornson is in Oslo he calls Catherine, who is still in Alesund, from a pay phone. But located behind him is a poster listing emergency numbers for the municipality of Giske, revealing that this scene was filmed there, just outside of Alesund.

Revealing mistake: When Nathan and Audrey are sitting at the table in The Grey Gull, the extra in the background can be seen bringing a loaded fork inches short of his mouth then fake chewing. This happens a few times before cutting to the ending credits. (00:40:05 - 00:40:55)

Beyond Good and Evil: Part 1 - S4-E8
Revealing mistake: When Mr. Sinister is mocking Jubilee, take a close look at his neckline as he moves his head. The animators moved his neckline as he moved his head, but his shoulders stay in place, so his head and neck look like they are floating above his shoulders. (00:15:30)

With This Ring, I Thee Kill! - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: In the hospital, a male nurse stands by as Rhodes talks to the patient, keeping an eye on all the beeping vital-signs monitors. But there's nothing attached to the man in the bed - no wires, no leads, not even an IV.

Revealing mistake: Our heroes arrive at an RAF base. Purdey hears a loud aircraft noise and looks up to the sky - cut to shot of a fighter jet. For a few frames after the cut, a caption that reads "The Engineer in the RAF" is just visible. It would seem they 'borrowed' some material from an RAF training film. (Indeed, a later shot of shells exploding was obviously taken from a videotaped TV programme, judging by the 'lag' effect caused by the tube camera that would've been used).

Revealing mistake: The footage of the assassin climbing up the drain pipe and leaping across the rooftop at the beginning of the episode is reused from the episode "A Room in the Basement." You can even see Drake already up on the roof from that episode, whereas there's only one person climbing in this one. (00:00:30 - 00:00:40)

Revealing mistake: As Harm & Mac are returning to the US, we are told they are flying out of London Heathrow. But the stock footage of an airport used is actually London Gatwick, identified by its distinctive control tower, and not Heathrow.

Revealing mistake: The left pinball in the arcade (which later disappears) has the body of a "Star Trek TNG" machine - but the backglass is purely fictional. (00:17:45)

Water's Edge - S3-E3
Revealing mistake: The murder victim's skeleton, which Rusty finds in the attic, has a clear cut all the way around its skull. It also has metal pins holding together what turns out to be rubber bones: one of the ribs wobbles up and down when Rusty brushes against it with the cash box. (00:42:00)

Revealing mistake: In brother Justin's padded cell, the far wall is obviously a painted backdrop. It even flutters when the orderly and doctor walk in! The only solid part is a couple of feet at the end, that Justin leans up against.

Revealing mistake: When Nica goes up the ramp and into the truck, her dress is bunched up, revealing her legs are hidden inside (she's supposed to have had her legs chopped off). Additionally, you can see that a blur has been added over Nica's face to mask the fact it's a stunt-person doing it.

Revealing mistake: When Caitlin gets pushed down by the guy stealing her scooter, she hits her head on a rock and blacks out. The 'rock' is seen compressing from its foam design. (00:10:30)

Revealing mistake: The list of intelligence agents names that Johnny Marks steals is a list of the same names repeated over and over again.

Revealing mistake: The doctors remove a bullet from Elliot's abdomen and place it in a metal medical dish. The bullet appears to be a 9mm or a 9mm short however it has no striations. When a bullet is fired it goes through the barrel picking up the land and grooves of the bore. The bullet should have spirals, this one looks brand-new, like it was just purchased to reload ammunition. (00:48:30 - 00:49:00)

The Royal We - S3-E2
Revealing mistake: On the RV of the guy being accused of molesting the girls, someone has written "PERVERT" in red spray paint. At a point you see Lightman next to a car, and the RV in the background, and the text is mirrored reading: "TREVREP", showing that during editing, this shot was flipped. (00:15:30)

Revealing mistake: The bare, non-furry, forearms of the actor playing Anto are exposed when he is entertaining the gorilla soldiers.

Revealing mistake: A satellite photo is shown of Byran Mills' house in the first third or so of the episode. Later on in the episode, towards the end, a satellite photo of the cartel's secret landing strip is shown. They are the same photos, only one is zoomed in a little more than the other. (00:16:10 - 00:35:30)

Revealing mistake: During Kendrix's morphing sequence you can see that the editor did a poor job photoshopping the Ranger helmet and you can still see the white edges of whatever photo they used. It should be tight to the Ranger's helmet and costume like the rest.

Revealing mistake: The dead victim is being examined in the morgue, right as the mortician says "the kid put up a fight" the dead victim swallows as she strokes his hair and says the word "fight." (00:09:35)

Destiny (2) - S1-E22
Revealing mistake: Throughout the scene where Max interrogates Pierce, the projector changes slides at irregular intervals with no one touching it. (00:22:50)
