Revealing mistake: Watch the scene where Biyomon and Palmon are eating. A Pagumon passes, Biyomon turns her head and then has two beaks. Obviously a frame overlap.
Episode II - The Samurai Called Jack - S1-E2
Revealing mistake: When Jack cuts the flying car's hood off, he slashes it vertically, but it is cut horizontally.
Man-Eater of Surrey Green - S4-E11
Revealing mistake: When Steed and Mrs Peel are fighting one another, the stunt doubles used bear absolutely no resemblance to the actors.
Revealing mistake: Mason brings his unnamed son to the lake and acts like he is going to drown him. The baby is noticeably a doll in all but the scene where he kisses it. It is obvious from the way he is carrying it as well as the lack of movement.
Revealing mistake: At one point when Alan's phone rings (Nokia 8310) he answers it and talks to the caller yet it's obvious he isn't talking to anyone. He blatantly presses the red/cancel button to answer the call. The image hadn't been reversed though, because he pressed the exact same button to end the call.
Revealing mistake: The footage of Monkey Bulk doing flips is just one backflip forwarded and reversed several times - as evident by the movements of the people behind them.
Revealing mistake: "Dr. McDee Must Die" (Adventure 5, Part 3): When the champagne glass shatters in front of Sapphire, you can see the mini explosive charge used to break it. It lands on the table among the glass shards. (00:10:00)
Revealing mistake: Episode 15, "Faceoff": When the agent fires the hook to get to the roof of the church, it does not reach the balcony. However in a following shot you can see the agent climbing there. (00:10:05)
Revealing mistake: When Bjornson is in Oslo he calls Catherine, who is still in Alesund, from a pay phone. But located behind him is a poster listing emergency numbers for the municipality of Giske, revealing that this scene was filmed there, just outside of Alesund.

Revealing mistake: When Rogue's phone is ringing you can see that the phone is halfway absorbed into her mirror. (00:04:15)
